I received a call from "an ashamed rep" (He doesn't
want to be named, he must be ashamed of working for Moasure) to try and cure the problem I have with my Moasure device. I had previously been in contact with Moasure because the device turned itself on at the slightest knock which meant that when I went to use it, the battery was flat. The “cure” I was given was to go into settings and reduce the sensitivity. I did so and now it won’t turn on at all.

So "an ashamed rep" called and offered to help me
I said to "a rep" that I’m not interested in a cure, the first “cure” has rendered the device unusable as now it is impossible to turn it on at all. "an ashamed rep" persisted for about 10 minutes and finally he understood that I’m not interested in being his development monkey
"an ashamed rep" offered to send out an envelope so I could return the device for a refund. Apparently I needed the correct packaging as it had paperwork with it.

That was 3 weeks ago, I have received nothing.

What a dreadful device, what a dreadful company

The moasure device/tool has been an exponential time saver. It provides precise site drawing while on site and accurate area/volume/rise measurements. Very complex stes that used to take up to an hour can now be completed in 10-15 minutes.

The customer service is also great! Super responsive to inquiries and hardware/repair needs.

Really appreciate the in-app tutorials. Any new tech has a learning curve for the user, but the app and info made the curve easier for me. I use the device with the Stick and it has proven the best way forward. Great little device that is getting a lot of work!

It is small and light. I can't believe that this little gadget contains more than I need as a gardener. I don't have to spend hours measuring with a tape measure and then drawing on paper. This gadget has more than I'm used to using in real life, like the amplitude of a surface elevation or fitting several base plans on a single plan. Now I can do my work more accurately. Many of the tools I need are in one gadget.
I really liked the way it guides at I the beginning and, if necessary, now, if something went wrong with the measurement, whether it was too fast or too slow or too much shaking.
And it's nice that I can a project ( for example a PDF file) to the plotting/design program immediately after the measurement and start design right away.

Confirmed the data from the device with a tape measure and laser combo and got the same info. It's good to know that either way we will get accurate information. I'll have to get all my guys this tool eventually.

This product is a game changer in the field when taking measurements. It takes some practice to get the feel of using it, but when you hone in on how to use it correctly, it cuts the measuring time by half out in the field. I had a faulty piece on the Moasure STICK and contacted customer service and without hesitation they had a replacement piece in the mail that same day. If you are on the fence of purchasing this, don't hesitate, just do it. I highly recommend getting the Moasure STICK along with it as well!

Now that Valley Custom Fence is using Moasure, we have become more efficient at job sites gathering pertinent information in a much quicker timeframe, or much more information in the same amount of time - win/win. Transferring the data to our CAD system is a breeze and allows accurate information to be integrated with other information about the property.

We highly recommend Moasure!!

This product is a time saver. The thing that I benefit the most from is how I can get sq. footage on circular patios or swimming pools. Then I can send the pdf or other attachment forms to get plans printed. There are still multiple functions that I need to learn but as a whole it has changed my world. Plus the customer knows that you are giving them a super accurate estimate especially if they are there to watch you using it and can explain to them what the instrument does. I highly recommend. Customer service is off the charts good and responds in what seems like mere minutes.

I have been using a measuring tape to determine square footages of customer’s yards for years. I stumbled upon Moasure and had to check it out. I have used other similar measuring devices and wheels but Moasure is the quickest and most accurate by far. This neat tool has saved me hundreds of hours of measuring and I can now present square footages with even more confidence.

I had a small issue about 12 months after using Moasure and the team was so quick to rectify my issue. I would recommend this to any landscaper looking to save time and measure more accurately.

This product has helped me out in so many great ways. As a dirt contractor I love moasure for its ease in the field. I no longer need a laser level or tape measure when doing takeoffs for bidding jobs.

Bought back in June and used frequently as a time saver on the job site. The Moasure STICK is a great asset, however it broke. I sent in a message to customer support and within an hour, a couple quick back and forth emails, they gave me a tracking number for a replacement part!

The Moasure tool and stick have saved our company an exceptional amount of time in making accurate field measurements. Paid for itself in less than a week. A must have tool.

I primarily do new construction dirt work and landscaping with the occasional landscape renovation project. I can measure three houses to one using the conventional method. I was skeptical at first about accuracy but after one week of using in for 30 min a day I started hitting my materials within 1-2%.

This allows me to load my trucks with exactly what materials we need vs needing 10-15% extra (just in case).

It has allowed me to zone in on per square yard pricing across all my services because it’s easy to measure the mulch bed, save it, measure the sod area, save it, measure the seed/straw area, save it.

Then we verify materials used and adjust staff training as needed.

Meanwhile my competition has a notebook, pen, and measuring wheel and is still calculating!

The ability to export as a PDF and attach that to an estimate or invoice has built so much confidence in my repeat clients that they never question my materials used.

Game changer for the industry!! I was using a GPS app on my phone previously and the Moasure is on another level!!

its an amazing device, there is no such as technical description to describe it unless you use it yourself.

I have been using this Moasure device and the stick for over a year and it saved me so much time for getting difficult measurements. It also saved a lot of time when we convert these measurements into bids.
Overall, every contractors should have this device.

I've been very pleased with the quality of the Moasure One device & Moasure Pro App. Accuracy & Ease of use are top notch. Also, their tech support is very responsive.

I purchased the Moasure about 8 months ago after several landscaping colleagues recommended it, i had been reluctant due to the cost. However it has since paid back that cost over and over but mainly made my work so much easier and precise. I recently had an issue with my stick and the folks at Moasure just sorted it out immediately no fuss, brilliant service .
