The customer service Moasure provide has been excellent. I was really well looked after by Julien every step of the way.

I have only had this product for a couple of weeks now and it has already saved me so much time and effort. I put off ordering one for so long... in hindsight im glad i did because the 2 pro came out by the time i ordered, but i really should have bought one way before this. i guess by waiting i just got the new and improved model as a payoff.

An amazing product that does exactly what its supposed to do. I have been waiting more than 20 years for this invention and finally its here and an amazing time saver and accuracy improver.

The Moasure device has made things so much easier for us! It takes us far less time to measure our sites and it is wonderful that we can link it to our autocad. It is such a big difference! Thank you!

I was a little skeptical of the Moasure 2 Pro & its benefits after seeing it on social media. However, after purchasing the unit & using it for several months now I am not sure how I operated without it prior. We are a concrete contractor and constantly measuring areas for take offs when bidding and when ordering materials. This is my go-to for easy & accurate measurements.

It's easy to use and accurate.

I had a delivery issue mainly with DPD and not moasure after contacting moasure about this issue they promptly responded and sent me another device. The device basically does what it's supposed too couldn't be happier it,s already saved me loads of time measuring sites, takes a bit of getting used to

I own a design/build landscape company and we have about 5 Moasure tools our design/build sales team uses to get quick measurements and elevation changes for oddly shaped landscapes. We are very happy with the tools. They also replaced one of the original Moasure holding sticks that had an issue without any hassle. I would highly recommend investing in the tool.

I have been utilizing moasure one for just over a year now. I recently had an issue with a broken part on the moasure stick, emailed back and forth with customer service and they have a replacement part on the way.

excellent customer service! i called with a question on how to initiate the devise and they were quick and helpful. no downtime. Moasure devise has already paid for itself many times over by giving me accurate measurements for sod areas, wall length and height and bed square footage.

My experience with Moasure has been absolutely incredible. The money I have saved in time by using this device has paid for itself 100 times over. The accuracy is incredibly on point. It has also closed many of deals because customers love to see a digital print out of the measurement which takes the fear of a contractor padding it away.
Customer service is impeccable. Over the past four years I’ve needed a couple replacement parts and they were shipped out immediately to me. I would highly highly recommend this company if you are a contractor and need a measuring device.

The measuring tool is very expensive but I knew the price before I bought it so I can’t complain about that. I am however complaining that I was promised an accurate measuring device and have received something is highly inaccurate. I have measured the same driveway 5 times now and only two of those were of any use because the other three had lines going off for some reason. Out of the two measurements I could use, I’ve no idea which is accurate because they varied by 10m2. There’s been jobs where I couldn’t even get two measurements to take an average from because the drawing that came back didn’t even come close to resembling the area. I like that I can email the drawing to clients and that they save on my phone but that’s only helpful when I get an accurate drawing. This was supposed to save me a lot of time an effort and all I’ve got is stressed and inaccurate readings. Not amused in the slightest. Happy for a Moasure rep to attend these addresses and measure them then hand me his device and take this one back. I’ve had 3 members of staff try it and same inaccurate results. I’ve reported this in my feedback already but no reply.

Very happy with the support I received on walking me through the process. Very useful tool for field measuring & easy to use.

I work within natural resource law enforcement agency and as such am required to conduct scene investigations in some challenging and remote environments. The Moasure device is not a substitute for the many technologies I use to document crime scenes, but it has proven to be an incredible and timesaving addition to our forensic collection portfolio. In addition, the customer service provided has been above and beyond. I would encourage any law enforcement agency to obtain one of the devices to see if it can provide the benefits I have experienced. Thank you Moasure.
