Thank you for this easy to use online insurance service.
My employers had confused me regarding the type of insurance policy required for my job.
I purchased the wrong policy which I cancelled with Mm4u. There was no hassle money was refunded immediately no questions asked.
I have now purchased 2 policies with them.
Daniel Shaw and the rest of the team are very helpful, efficient and polite.
Always available to take a call and give advice.

I have just signed up with MMI 4U today. I work as a Dental Nurse and my new employer does not cover my indemnity so after doing my research, I found this insurance online and decided to go ahead with them. I hope I don't have any issues with them in the future.

I received an email with some pdf documents after asking for a quote online and some of the information was regarding additional charges but wasn't very clear, of course, I had to call them to double check and the guy over the phone (I'm so sorry to have forgotten his name) assure me that, that won't happen and also warned in other aspects. For instance, he made sure I know that it only covers claims and that the price I'm paying for is a yearly subscription so, even if want to cancel before that time, I would not be able to because it's for a 12 month period. I truly appreciate the clarity.

With that being said, I hope, if in a years time I need to cancel the membership, I can do it without experiencing any difficulties.

I only got charged £59.59 which was the online quote I got and what the agent confirmed over the phone.

I have had a bad experience looking for a quote with this company. Unprofessional communications. Got a quote of £15-20 k for a rough estimation of £50k gross turnover. I had to chase John for a while and at the end I had no response and when I called today I had this rough quote in a sarcastic tone.
I am glad that I am not gonna have anything with this company.

I am a newly qualified nurse and spoke with Anthony over the phone who was very nice and straight forward and got everything processed and done for me in 5 minutes. :)

I was generally happy with MMI4U as my insurance provider and found them helpful throughout my coverage period. However, I ran into issues after cancelling my policy. Even though I had cancelled, I was still charged for an additional month. After cancelling my direct debit, MMI4U attempted to charge me again, but fortunately, this was blocked.

When I received a letter from Premium Credit regarding this, I contacted MMI4U’s customer service team. I was assisted by Bradley Stansfield. Initially, Bradley was helpful, but when I explained that I needed proof of our conversation to forward to the credit company, his tone changed. He became unnecessarily confrontational, insisting that I should be ‘straight’ with him and implying I had another motive for requesting the proof. This attitude was uncalled for, as I had already explained the situation clearly. All I needed was documentation of our conversation, not an attitude.

It’s disappointing to be treated this way by a representative. I hope MMI4U addresses this, as customers deserve respect and professionalism when handling sensitive issues like these.
