Excellent and fast service! I brought my iMac for repair and maintenance and the service was superb.

I would highly recommend Minko's Macs to anyone - excellent service. Darren is a HERO, saved my Mac Book Pro and restored all my information at an affordable price, whilst I waited in store (Camden). Five stars and more, so grateful!

Sometimes in life, you may absolutely fantastic business people and I cannot tell you how wonderful all the people at Mincos Mac stores an absolutely fantastic service and great value repairs and especially the shop in Lewisham where they are so helpful beyond belief, and I’m not just saying this such a pleasure to talk to the wonderful gentleman that runs his business the fabulous Minko x Duncan

What I would like to say, is that these guys went out of their way to put me on the right path.Their after service care is AMAZING. ( LEE HIGH ROAD BRANCH) Not knowing that partly well fully some of the issues that occurred where duly to me not researching the downloads of the individual apps that I was putting onto the computer with a certain OS on the iMac. When the boss explained in a very professional way. I understood that it was totally my fault.
So I would say that Minko's team of guys who went over and beyond to help me. When they were in their rights not to. BUT DID. You don't get that in todays world. These guys are very helpful and take their advice . Don't be a plonker like me.

I bought a computer from there and I took it back because I wanted to know how to tether my phone to it. I was told to come back in 30 minutes. When I came back my computer was dead and I was charged £30 for the tethering - to a computer that I paid £290 for and working perfectly before I took it in to the the shop and dead 30 minutes later. £320 down the drain plus the cab fares - don't bother - they will say it was your fault and at the same get personal with you. Darren by the way is no problem - the problem is the manager of this place and notice that person has not replied. See how you get with the insulting ignorant manager of Minko's Macs. Unfair and I got totally mugged off. I'm looking forward to a reply.

Great service, Great price and extremely quick service. I arrived at my appointment and was advised of all options. To top it off it took less than 5 minutes to complete. Definitely speak to these guys first for any Mac issues. I will be recommending to all.

Brought an apple Mac computer, it was great in superb condition. Darren was super friendly and proved excellent customer service.

I gave my iPad Pro 1st gen for a repair, had crack screen and it’s not powering on so I knew I had to replace the screen but I didn’t know why its not powering on so had to pay £50 for diagnostic , gave one Friday and didn’t here from than since as I had to keep chasing up for updates to find out it cannot be repaired as I keep asking for updates very awful service

Came in and bought an iMac. Very good service. Definitely would recommend.

I’ve been to Minko’s Macs many times over the years, for laptop repairs and upgrades, and now to buy a new laptop too. They are very reliable and all of their work and repairs stand the test of time. My 2012 macbook pro was on its last legs and Minkos did some work on it about 5 years ago, now it’s still going strong and works perfectly. All of their services are fast and refurbished computers are well priced, and really nice people working here. 10/10 would recommend!!
