Talking about products with inside only single component. I tested differents pills of the same product and sometimes the taste has been different, so I think that quality is not pure pure.

Hello Giuseppe,
Thanks for your feedback. From your order, Sulbutiamine contains virtually no fillers so the contents is pure. Citicoline contains cellulose as the filler, which is completely benign in taste, while Citicoline itself is slightly salty-bitter/sweet.
The dosage is consistent across capsules as they are all filled with the same batches, taste is in no way an indicator of purity, however, if you have any concerns feel free to email us for certificates of analysis.

5 days since my order and still no …
5 days since my order and still no shipment. Same thing last time I orderd.
The customer service is fast and polite but these shipment delays are really annoying.
Edit: I have not received shipment confirmation (by day 5 since order) as I did 5 months ago. That makes me doupt it has shipped.
5 months ago it took 17days from "order confirmed" to "shipped" emails.

Your order was dispatched the same day it was placed. You selected Airmail shipping, which takes 5-10 working days to reach many countries within Europe, has been in transit for only 5 working days so far.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the speed of shipments once they have been passed onto the postal service. If you would like your orders to arrive faster we suggest using tracked shipping.

Very good customer service, good quality products
Very good customer service - on my first order i was sent a sample instead of the full bottle of some supplements and they apologised and sent me a full bottle the next day.
Happy with the supplements as well, results evident.
