We have used your site for many many years and have had some lovely sitters during that time we have only had one bad experience in that time.
We have also stayed friends with quite a few of the sitters and have used the same sitters now for about 3/4 years and grately appreciate there care for our animals and home.

I love using Mind My House. Over the years we've had sitters from all walks of life, from many countries and of many age groups.

We've briefly enjoyed the company of so many different people who in turn have enjoyed looking after our house and menagerie.

All home owners we have sat for have been welcoming and given us free run of their homes, gardens and facilities. A great way to see our friends in France and we also use it to visit family in Brighton. We've never felt put up or overburdened with responsibilities.

I Have been with mind my house for 15 years now. I started with the super expensive competitive housesitting service, which I won’t even mention the name, but I have been so happy with leaving there.Mind My House offers many sits and I get daily notifications. I think what I love most is that the customer service is outstanding. Any question or problem I’ve had I get immediate response and resolution. I have done many different housesits I found through them and will continue. In my opinion, they are the number one housesitting service. I highly recommend them.

I have been using Mindmyhouse.com since 2014, firstly as a house sitter but now I also have a homeowner listing too. Theirs is a genuine, family run site and they have constantly improved the functionality over the years whilst managing to maintain the friendly feel. You get the impression that they really care about their users and, being house sitters themselves, have a great understanding of how a successful house sitting platform should be run. They have managed to keep their fees low in comparison with their corporate competitors and I plan to be with them for a long time! I belong to a number of house sitting sites and this one is the most friendly by far - the newsletters are chatty, informative and not too frequent so you don't get bombarded with content. I have been to some wonderful places and met amazing people and pets through this site and can thoroughly recommend them.

As a house owner we have found the site easy to use and update our offer,keeping it hidden until we need to use the advert again.

Do your own research to insure a good fit and there won't be a problem. We also used the site as owners and also recommend the service to others. I'm surprised how many people don't know about it!

I have since re-subscribed, and have been quite satisfied with the results. You won't be sorry if you decide to use this site. Everything is up-to-date and easy to use.

We recently signed up for Mind My House, and even though we are still very new to the community, we have only positive things to say so far. The website is easy to use. It may not be the most modern in design, but it offers everything you need to navigate the platform smoothly and efficiently.

One feature we absolutely love is that Mind My House allows you to transfer reviews from other house-sitting platforms, which means you don’t have to start from scratch — a huge plus for experienced sitters.

What really stood out to us was the customer support. It was honestly one of the fastest we’ve ever experienced. We had a few questions, and Alan got back to us within 15 minutes! His response was friendly and helpful, and he made sure all our questions were answered thoroughly.

We've used MindMyHouse since 2012 and had great house-sits in Europe and other countries. The site is vastly more economical than that other site! We're hooked.

Been using Mindmyhouse for over 15 years and I love their services! We’ve met people from all over the world coming to take care of our house/cats. Such a great relief to have trustworthy people staying in one’s home and not have to put the animals in a shelter.
Next house sitter arriving next week for Xmas hols - someone we’ve already used this year. Fabulous idea, very well made website, very easy to use. Wholeheartedly recommended!

I just created my new profile on this site, it was approved within 24 hours by very responsive customer service and within 12 hours of listing pending dates I was contacted by 6 promising sitters who were willing to travel internationally and provide references and reviews.

It’s an easy to navigate, simple interface with a few basic sections, filling out the profile and uploading a maximum of 10 photos (no separate area for pets) and a brief bio and a few other description boxes I was done within 20 minutes.

My listing was approved within 24 hours, and within the first 12 hours of posting dates for a pending trip next March I received a half dozen replies from sitter applicants willing to travel internationally, who are ready and willing to provide extensive references and reviews, many linking back to THS.

The fee for hosts is $29 for life. There are no yearly renewal or booking fees. Sitters pay the same but it’s an annual renewal.
