Millingtons Removals and Storage Recenzje

Absolutely exceptional from quote to move! Andy and the Millingtons Team have been brilliant for us. We reached out to several companies for quote to move and Andy was the only one that attended our property in order to provide a quote. He was very responsive when arranging move dates (especially as these tended to be agile and move a bit!!).
On our move day John, Mihai and Pete were fantastic, we really cannot rate them high enough. They brought boxes for our hanging clothes and covers for our mattresses. It was humbling to see our 2 bed house emptied out at such speed and watching the guys manoeuvre furniture down our tricky stairs was seriously impressive. John, Mihai and Pete were all exceptionally friendly, really helpful with our understanding in the process and made sure we were kept in the loop.
Again the speed at which they managed to unpack the vans and rebuild our furniture was nothing more than a marvel to watch.
All of one of the hottest days of the year too!

Cannot recommend Millingtons highly enough.
Thank you all so much for not only making this move smooth and easy for us, but really enjoyable with your company too.

Great service from Millingtons Removals.
We have moved 1 week ago.
Very professional and effective company.
totally recommended!

When looking for a removals company Millingtons was recommended by a couple of people. Of the several removals companies I contacted for quotes, Millingtons was the only one that actually called me to talk through the quote - this was a much more personable experience which started things off well in my mind.

On the day of my move, two gentlemen arrived (one was called Pete, not sure of the others name but both were BRILLIANT, really friendly and polite) on time and just dealt with the moving of my things. They communicated well with me throughout the removal process and again at the other end.

Great service, great price. All round brilliant experience.

Millingtons removals were amazing through the whole process.
Very competitive pricing, really careful with our items and so efficient.
They supplied TV covers, mattress protectors and wardrobe boxes for our clothes.
Plus, the whole team were super friendly and helpful throughout the move day. They couldn’t do enough for us, going the extra mile to put furniture in the correct rooms and had us moved in by 15:30.
Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Andy and his team were brilliant. Right from the start they were friendly, polite, professional and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommend them.

Millingtons booked us in at very short notice after a stressful week when we had been unable to secure a removal company as our date of completion kept moving. The team arrived early and got cracking. All of the staff were polite, friendly and super helpful. They were really considerate of us, our belongings and our home. When we finally got the keys to our new property they provided more staff to help so that we could get everything inside before it got dark. Again, the whole team worked with speed and competence, problem solving when our American fridge would not fit through doors. I would absolutely recommend Millingtons - you will be in safe hands.

Millingtons accommodated us last minute for our recent house move. Andy came to our property and provided a written quote the same day, very competitive prices.
The movers turned up on time and cleared the property within a couple of hours. They went over and above at our new property, extremely helpful and courteous.
I would highly recommend Andy and his team. Efficient and trustworthy. Thank you so much!

This is the second move I have done with Millingtons. Good and fair pricing and excellent friendly service - highly recommend.

Andy and his team made the whole move experience as stress-free as possible. They were always on hand ahead of the move to answer any questions and took everything in their stride. On the day the team were friendly and professional, they took great care with all our posessions and clearly take great pride in their work. Would highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend more. Super quick, super helpful, kind the whole day even when we didn’t get the keys to later. Honestly excellent experience!

We gave Millington's 24 hours notice of move date & they were fabulous. They turned up when they said they would, stayed cheerful all day regardless of the wait for keys, packed & unpacked everything with no damages, delivered every box where we wanted it without complaint & made our day so easy (& it was a long day). I would recommend them to anybody.

Moving home is such a daunting task but we were doing it and we needed the best!! We were so lucky to have been recommended Andy’s team, and the boys in the day were fantastic. Everything Andy promised he delivered on. The guys were punctual, kind, efficient and powered on with the house pack up and delivery to our new address. You couldn’t want for better service or such a lovely team ❤️❤️

I’ve moved several times and it’s safe to say that Andy & the Millington’s Team are by far the best! They arrived on time, fully equipped and took my stuff out & in again without damaging a thing. Beds were taken apart and reassembled in the new place. All in all a great experience & highly recommended.

I hired Millingtons to move my furniture into storage and back while the house was being redecorated. My choice was based on online reviews and the company's specific claim that it specialises in moving pianos. Their site states
"In addition to house removals, we specialise in piano removals, recognising the delicate nature of these instruments. Our experienced piano movers employ specialised techniques and equipment to ensure the safe transportation of your piano, maintaining its integrity throughout the journey."
The initial removal went well, with a team of efficient movers. The storage and delivery back, however, left a lot to be desired. Not only did the company forget to book the agreed delivery date, which meant that I got my furniture one day later than expected, but there was also little care for my some of my things and particularly my hundred year old piano, which got chipped in several places and with which they managed to hit and damage the patio door lock, which I've had to repair. I'm giving it 3 stars because the removal was efficient and I got all my furniture back, although not in the same condition as I sent it off. Of course it could be worse but I expected a lot better.

From start to finish they were amazing. Come move day they couldn’t have been anymore helpful, made the day stress free. Highly recommended

Professional, efficient and friendly service throughout. Our move from a 2nd floor flat (with no lift) to our new home ran smoother than I could imagine thanks to Andy's team. We felt informed, advised and helped from start to finish including catering to some specifics that we asked for. Would thoroughly recommend this company for anyone moving home! (Ps.... take the packing service. You will be glad that you did)

Team were awesome. Punctual, hard-working, friendly and super efficient.

Andy and his team provided a brilliant service for our February 2025 move from Milton Keynes to Sunderland.

Their service included a fully costed quote; professional packing of our home's contents (days 1 & 2); overnight storage at their depot; and delivery to our new property by 09.30 am on day 3 (after a 4.5 hour drive from MK).

Throughout the whole process the team were an absolute pleasure to work with; very friendly and extremely efficient. I cannot praise their professionalism and attitude highly enough, and would definitely recommend Millingtons Removals and Storage to anyone looking for a removal company.

Huge thanks to everyone involved 👏

I wanted to express my gratitude to you and the entire team for the exceptional work you put into the move. Your professionalism, care, and speed were truly amazing.Thank you.

Thank you to Andy & the team.
A seamless customer experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company 👍
