Millets - Keswick Recenzje 

Needed new walking boots for my daughter’s upcoming DofE expedition. Was helped by a lovely young lady called Amy who helped me find a great pair of gortex boots and an orthopaedic sole to go with them. Genuinely great service, Amy was very attentive and an asset to the company

I ordered two items online to collect at the Keswick store. My husband duly picked up the package, we were about to leave the store and I just thought it doesn't look very big for two mens fleeces and thankfully I opened it to find only one. I explained there was supposed to be two to the sales assistant, she was having none of it and insisting I only ordered one until I showed her the note inside which said "one item of two" apparantly one was delivered to store and the other was to come out of shop stock, which had already been packaged up when she found it. Surely there should be some link up to alert store staff to this fact as customers would not be aware of this. Had I not been vigilant we would have had to make the 45 mile round trip again to pick up the second shop packed fleece the staff missed. Procedural problem that needs sorted ASAP!

Caroline was very knowledgeable and patient taking time to make sure my new Brasher boots were the correct fit.

I popped into Milletts of Keswick to browse for some walking trainers.
A lovely young lady called Amy was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
She advised me about different styles and was very patient.
I ended up with a pair of High walking shoes/boots which I had not thought of before.

My daughter needed a new pair of walking shoes.
Mark helped us navigate the many options and choose a pair that are a very good fit and my daughter is very pleased with.
It was refreshing to have someone friendly and knowledgeable to serve us.

Went in for some walking shoes, well i must have tried every pair in the shop! The sales assistant was extremely patient and helpful, he couldnt have done more! Unfortunately i didnt get his name, but what fantastic service!!

To begin with none of the 3 assistants in the shop asked if I would like any help. However, after I approached one of them he was extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the pros and cons of all the rain jackets. The range and prices were competitive. I would return.

I had an issue with my air tent, the team at Millets, Nat, Caroline and Harry could not be more helpful to resolve the issue. Thanks for all your help and if I’m ever in Keswick and need anything got my camping trip, I’ll be straight to Millets. I’ve also told family and friends how helpful you were, so I’m sure you be getting some visits soon.

Visited Keswick Millets today was served by Aiden and Nat. I have an ankle issue and they helped me get the right pair of walking boots to support this. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Would definitely go back and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you
