Not a good price
I sent my mobile and 3 days later I was given a revised offer as it hadn't arrived. I accepted this (£10 less) as I thought I should have posted it quicker. A week later a further revised offer as it apparently hadn't arrived, I emailed the company to say it should be there and within 24 hours I received an email to say it arrived, it was in a poor condition and was delayed past the revised offer date and they would offer me £5! Down from around £50! If I want them to return it i would be charged £10. They've also not replied to my email.
So moral of the story. Don't use them. If you do, record the condition of your phone and video it turns on etc and get a postage receipt.

Top price and speedy payment
Sold my iPhone 6 to milkmymobile and suitably impressed with the price and service received. After a few issues over the years with other providers, it was a pleasant surprise to have this go so smoothly. Happy (and future returning) customer

Good service. Payment could be made sooner like other competitors.
The initial booking process was straight forward. I chose to print a label at home to speed things up.
However, it took 5 days from me sending the parcel to me receiving payment. I have used other competitors and they process from start to finish in 3 days.
Good overall service regardless.

Loving my extra cash

Great Service

Great concept! Easy cash for broken phone
Milkmymobile gave me a fantastic price for my broken iPhone! Such a great way to receive cash for broken or damaged phones.
Their website is very user friendly. You simply answer a few questions, a quote will be given for your price and all you need to do is mail the phone and the money is yours!
Will definitely be recommending it to my friends.
