They give me a very good price for my old phone, I sent it to them but they had some problems getting into my phone so there was some delays but Harrison kept me updated throughout. Very good service.

Was a bit scary to sell to these guys after all their feedback, but I was happy that in the end my worries weren't needed as I got paid in a timely manner for the full amount quoted! The amount was significantly higher than everyone else. I did email them a few times along the process to ensure everything was in progress and eventually, after a couple of days I got an approved message in my email and my payment promptly followed!

The only tip I can give is, make sure you post on registered post and don't resort to just using the Freepost bag. I went with guaranteed next day before 1 pm from the post office and this way I was able to ensure my package was received etc.

The only reason i didnt give milkmy mobile a 5* rating was the slow response to my emails and payment took a bit longer than expected.However Harrison was helpful when he did reply and i got the best price for my phone anywhere.So thankyou MMM for your service and i would certainly use you again.

Excellent experience with selling my old iPhone 5s to Milk My Mobile.
The postage pack arrived a couple of days after sending my order and the money was in my account about 3 days after posting it back to them.
They had the best price on the comparison site so felt that I was not robbed at all and couldn't be happier with the processing time - much quicker and less hassle than selling on eBay or Gumtree

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with sent my phone off about 6 weeks ago. . Tryed to contact them but without any joy.. this site is 1 big scam. Stay well clear!!

Quick service, quick reply to my messages. However upon receiving the phone I got an email saying that screen was faulty and my payment would be halved. This was not the case, the screen was in pristine condition. Now they were offering the most money by far and even the half pricve offer was more than I would have got it if I sent it to a competitor so considering that and that I would have had to pay £10 to receive it back I accepted the offer but won't use again.

Absolute bunch of cow boys, avoid at all cost

On the price comparison sites they were advertising £96 fir my phone. Accepted this and posted my phone to them. 2 weeks later my account was still showing as "phone not received, I chased this numerous times during this period as i had proof of posting so assumed it had been lost int he mail and therefore was asking what the compensation arrangements were. none of my emails were answered.

After 14 days, i received an email informing me that as they had not received my phone yet, they were down grading the offer price to £68.. Half an hour after i received this email, i got another one to inform me my phone had arrived. What a coincidence that it arrived immediately after my price had been reduced!

Took them another 8 days (and numerous unanswered emails) for the money to arrive in my account.

I would have rejected the revised offer price had it not been for the fact they were going to charge £10 to post my phone back to me!

Im amazed trading standards haven't shut these scammers down by now given all the complaints i've since found online.

PLEASE TAKE MY ADVISE AND SELL YOUR PHONE TO A REPUTABLE DEALER I wish someone form this "company" would have the balls to ring me so we could discuss all these issues!

My iPad was delivered to them in the early hours of Weds morning, special delivery.
Thursday afternoon it was still showing as not received. I emailed and received a response from Harrison saying that "he thought they had it and it would be processed first thing Friday" (so, basically they admitted they'd received the item but had no intention of meeting their same day payment claim).

Come Friday, no update on status. Friday afternoon I emailed again, reply from a Harrison that "it was in payment processing and would be paid that evening".

Still no payment received on the Saturday. Their website clearly states same day payment, clearly a fraudulent claim.

I've sold numerous handsets previously, normally to Mazuma, with zero issue & immediate payment. I'm massively regretting using Milkmymobile this time as they are clearly incompetent & incapable of meeting their advertised standards.

This is THE worst mobile phone recycling company I've ever made the mistake of selling to! They claim to pay the same day, and despite multiple ignored emails over a two week period, I still have not been paid for the phone I sent them.

packaging came quickly, i sent my phone off quickly. 3 weeks later and over 7 emails i still have no money. ive been told 3 times that my money will be sent but nothing has arrived. DO NOT SELL YOUR PHONE WITH THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Despite being over 2 weeks ago still haven't received the packaging to post on my mobile phone yet, and they have my bank details. Sent an email for an update - no response as yet. Not a good service at all.

I send you 5 email!!!!Don't reply back to message. Facebook them poor communication then being left ignored. No contact number.AND NO MONEY ON ACCOUNT
