Bought an app 'Onecalendar' based on the trial (limited features - ok ish) and description (best thing since sliced bread). It turned out to be worse than useless but I cannot get a refund. Never ever again. Outright thievery. The app seller says it is not down to them but Microsoft - but microsoft won't do anything about it. Surely this isn't legal?

Customers are eligible for a limited number of refunds per year, and you've reached your limit for this year.
Excuse me? Why didn't you tell me this BEFORE I made the purchase. I don't recall requesting any refunds this year. Surely this can't be legal or ethical.

Une application coder avec le cu* rien de marche et impossible de télécharger un putai* de jeux plusieurs milliards d'euro mais pas foutu de développer une putai* d'applications, mieux vaux aller cher la concurrence bien meilleure que cher c'est gros fil* de put* de mer* je suis tout chiffon que mes jeux de marche pas et sa va barder pour vous je vais vous pirater votre site bande de délinquant !

Zeer slechte service...geen service. Je krijgt niemand te spreken als je iemand nodig hebt ..je kan wel zien wie er aan de leiding staat van dit zielige bedrijf dat rijk wordt over andermans rug 🤮🤮

I just pdated my windows 11 one day ago and a new security update blocked my laptop and i had no way to log in with my personal PIN, i had to reset the laptop deleteing all my apps, data and files only to get acces to my windows again.
This windows is full of trash updates, i hate it and i regret the day i bought it.

Bestellte mir ein xbox Headset sowie einen Controller, schön mit Guthaben auf dem Microsoft Konto bezahlt und ja, war vor 2 Wochen, angekommen ist noch nix. Hab den Kauf auch schon storniert und um Rückerstattung gebeten, Die Pakete liegen wohl noch immer irgendwo in einen Ups Lager in der Höhle von Mordor. Laut online Verfolgung seit 3 Tagen Etikett erstellt,. Toll ich weiss einfach nicht bin auch biss verzweifelt ob ich je mein Headset oder Controller erhalten werden oder mein Geld zurück. Wie kann man denn eigentlich als Milliardenschweres Unternehmen mit so Verbrecherbanden wie UPS zusammen arbeiten?

Nie wieder Kauf ich physische Objekte in einen online Shop schin gar nicnt wenn diese per UPS versendet werden, dann doch lieber 5 Stunden bis fahren und durch Saturn, expert, mediamarkt schlendern.

Bien de la m**** ce microsoft store. J4ai osé acheter un jeu sur la plateforme mais vu le résultat je suis bien co***... Le jeu n'est même pas dans la bibliothèque ? Il faut taper le nom du jeu sur le store pour pouvoir le lancer ?! Vraiment qui est l'abruti qui a developpé l'appli ? Si c'était pour se lancer des défis, autant acheter un casse tête à Conforama ça sera plus rentable. Plus de place pour écrire la suite, c'est bien dommage...

Getting in contact with somebody me who could actually assist me was incredible challenging and frustrating l. The phone tree does not make sense and speaking to a non-Native speaker took way too long to communicate the issue. And then the issue was never resolved!!

The carrier did NOT deliver my package. There was no photo proof it was delivered to my address, however your investigation did not involve any conversations with me directly and now I am out $660 because you did not due your due diligence. I expect a Manager, who is English speaking, to contact me and resolve this. Very poor customer service and I will not be using them again.

Bestilte min vare over xbox og da den ikke blev leveret kontaktede jeg Microsoft der helt uventet ikke kunne gøre noget som helst og velvilligheden for at yde service var ikke til stede.
Har IKKE bestilt noget der skulle sendes siden og kommer heller ikke til det

Abysmal service with shipping issue.

I can't receive mail to my address so I have a PO Box. I ordered a product from the Microsoft Store and checked their shipping information ahead of time. The website says it doesn't recommend shipping to a PO Box but that, if you need to, you need to follow specific address instructions. I did so, and they still shipped my package via UPS. It's now stuck with UPS, who I've contacted multiple times to try and get a pickup or address change. They insist that Microsoft must initiate any change, and Microsoft customer service is impossible to reach. When I do reach them, I am put on hold for ages and then ultimately not helped. Out a couple hundred dollars and totally left without help. Terrible, terrible service.

Als ik minder dan 1 ster kon geven, gaf ik negatieve sterren.
De meest slechte klantenservice ooit. Dat dit bedrijf niet overkop gaat heeft het enkel te danken aan zijn rotsvastheid.
Service dikke nul.
duidelijkheid ook dikke nul.

Als je belt en ze zien het probleem, kunnen ze niets doen.
Je koopt een game per ongeluk voor xbox en niet voor pc maar ze kunnen het niet omruilen want ze kunnen je order niet nakijken, wel vinden ze je email en contactgegevens.
En daar bij een digitaal product omruilen dat nog niet ingewisseld is, alsjeblieft, hoe moeilijk kan het zijn.

I was ripped off by microsoft store.there custemer servie in non existant.they refuse to take you call or call you back.there no way to contack them.Im done with there crap.

The store throttles your downloads making it a pretty poor service. Gamepass is great but if I can't use it then I'm not likely to pay for it. Microsoft can afford the server space.

Similar to these other reviews, but if you want to buy a microsoft product I'd suggest going to a retail store. I bought a keyboard and Surface Pro tablet from the Microsoft Store direct, the keyboard was going to take an additional month to arrive, so I contacted MS Store by chat the day after I'd placed the order, and asked if I could switch it for a different keyboard - they did that, but told me that they'd have to bill me for the additional product, and process a refund. I was given the impression the refund would happen immediately.

A few days later the refund hadn't arrived so I contacted them and was told they couldn't do it. In spite of the fact that the delivery date was still 4 weeks away, they couldn't cancel that part of the order. That means that I have to wait until December for it to be delivered, refuse to accept it, or send it back.

I told them I was really disgusted that the world's major software provider can't process a simple refund, threatened to send the whole lot back, and they said 'sad you feel that way, computer says no'.

It is indicative of how much they actually care about their customers that they're one of the few multinational companies on Trustpilot who have managed to secure a majority of 1 star reviews.

Played throughout the night and left the room for about 15 min. Started to smell smoke and ran back to the living room to see my Xbox on fire due to the unit's electrical failure. Contacted Xbox and Microsoft - was promised a new unit sent to my home without having to send in the damaged console!

What a great customer service, I thought! So I threw the damaged console away (why should I keep hazardous waste) and waited for a new Xbox! It never arrived though and after a few days I contacted customer service again - you don't get a a new console if you don't send in the damaged one they say, haha!

Been a customer with them for 15 years, if not more. Owned every single console they have released and supported them no matter what and this is how they treat a customer! Very unprofessional and disrespectful! Contacted them again the other day, if they don't do anything I will sue them.

The MS store is the worst online experience. Completely broken and nothing works. MS should shutdown their online Surface/hardware store asap.
