Microsoft beweist mit seinem Store, dass kompetente Leute woanders arbeiten!

Unübersichtlich, langsam, funktioniert nur zur hälfte downloads reagieren zum teil gar nicht, können nicht installiert werden, Bugs, lags alles inklusive. Downloads kann man nichtmal im explorer öffnen weil ordner nicht zugangsberechtigt. Würde am liebsten 0/5 geben.

Es una aplicación MALISIMA, no funciona, se pega, no me descarga ni actualiza las cosas. Hasta es mejor el Play Store. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría

I had ordered an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller on the Microsoft Store. The package never arrived when FedEx/Microsoft's order tracking had indicated it would.

Upon calling Microsoft, they opened a case to locate my package and told me it would take two business days for their internal investigation and they would then contact me with a resolution; the two days came and went and I heard nothing. So I called in again asking for an update and was only then told it would be another TEN business days for resolution.

MS support was 0 help and their hands we're completely tied from performing what I would consider a reasonable resolution of either:
1 - expediting the shipment of replacement product
2 - issuing me a refund so I can go purchase the product from another retailer

Putting the customer on hold, like this, without their money and without their product is an extremely bad customer experience. Other retailers have mastered up to same-day receipt of an online order - I'm currently at 17 days (13 business days) without the product that I have ordered. I'm sure that packages are lost all the time with the amount of packages that they ship, but this isn't a $3000 laptop, it's a $200 controller. More money has been wasted by having me call their support 5 times that what the product is actually worth. I should have just ordered the first time from Amazon who was able to get this product to me the same day I had ordered at the same sale price that was on MS's online store.

Beware! Purchased software (Microsoft Office). Product key did not work for activation. Subsequent communication from Microsoft Store was unprofessional and useless. Suggest to not waste your money.

La aplicación es bastante entretenida los juegos son entretenidos y divertidos lo unico esque le gustaria qué agregarán más juegos similares a minecraft ya que siento que hay muy pocos y me gustaría que fueran de un poco de más alta calidad si hicieran eso les agradeceria mucho y no habría raozn de bajarle estrellas, un ejemplo de mejor calidad sería juegos como craftsman etc

After purchasing a wallpaper small app without any reviews yet, I discovered it wouldn't work on any of my win10/win11 machines despite being suitable according to the details.

So, simply uninstall and get a refund? It is seems impossible. The closest I got was a mail with dead support links.

It seems that apps and games are non refundable, whether or not they actually work. Only a small amount wasted but Microsoft would do well to copy Google and allow a 15 minute cancellation period.

I won't make another purchase unless there is a good review and if possible will buy elsewhere.

Please do not purchase movies from Microsoft why? They have completely automated there password reset. If you can not provide info about your account from years ago including old credit card numbers and passwords you will never access your movies again period.

The software downloader that presents spinning wheels of doom instead of downloading and installing as expected. Terrible that Microsoft cant create a downloader as good as Steam or even the dreaded Uplay... Software quality, where?

Ich habe vor nicht mal einem Jahr ein Surface Laptop 5 gekauft, welches jetzt schon das zweite mal aus der Reparatur kommt wegen eines Garantiefall durch Sachmangel. Als ich das Gerät zurückgeben wollte gegen Kaufpreis, wurde mir am Telefon von mehrern Mitarbeitern gesagt, dass das nicht möglich sei, weil der Kauf mehr als 60 Tage zurück liegt. Das ist nach deutschem Gesetz nicht zulässig!

Der hauptsächliche Grund für den ich den Microsoft Store nutze, ist zum spielen von Forza Horizon 5. Ich hab den Fehler gemacht, einen Microsoft Key statt einem Steam Key zu kaufen, und nun bin ich hier.

Der Store ist in jeder Hinsicht absolut Müll.

1. Ich habe keine vernünftige Übersicht über erworbene "Apps". Zudem bietet die "Bibliothek" nichts, was man davon erwartet. Man sieht als erstes, welche Updates ausstehen. Warum gibt es dafür keinen separaten Reiter "Updates"? Die eigentlich Bibliothek ist weiter unten versteckt, auch wenn sie kaum aussagekräftig ist. Habe ich Forza Horizon 5 z.B. nicht installiert, taucht es dort nicht auf. Warum?

2. Man kann die Download Rate nicht im Store beschränken. Stattdessen ist diese Einstellung hinter mehreren Fenstern versteckt, im "Updates" Bereich der Windows Einstellungen. Warum?

3. Man hat keinen Zugriff auf die Dateien der installierten Apps. Es gibt entsprechend die "WindowsApps" Ordner, die aber komplett geschützt sind standardmäßig. Man kann sich über biegen und brechen Zugriff verschaffen, läuft aber Risiko, etwas kaputt zu machen. Warum?

4. Selbst das Browsen im Store ist schlecht. Klicke ich in der App-Übersicht auf eine App, dann nimmt diese das gesamte Fenster ein, und ich komme nicht wieder zurück in die Übersicht. Stattdessen kann ich nur von vorne anfangen und muss wieder den Reiter "Apps" auswählen. Warum?

5. Wenn ich auf einem Reiter bin, dann wird der Name des Reiters nicht mehr links angezeigt. Wa- verdammt- rum? Lasst den Namen doch einfach stehen.

6. Die Steam Anbindung ist ebenfalls Müll (hauptsächlich auf das "Microsoft Social Network" oder Gaming Hub oder wie es heißt bezogen). Ich selber hatte zum Glück noch nicht das Vergnügen, allerdings hat ein Kumpel z.B. Forza Horizon 5 über Steam erworben. Alles Ingame läuft aber trotzdem über das Microsoft Zeug. Es ist teilweise absolut der Film, sich gegenseitig beizutreten und teilweise erkennt der Store nicht mal, dass man das Spiel installiert hat, obwohl man über das laufende Spiel im Gaming Hub ist.

Es gibt bestimmt noch viele weitere Designfehler, aber das sind alle, die ich erlebt hab und die mir einfallen.

Die hauptsächliche Frage die sich mir immer wieder stellt ist einfach: WARUM?

Diese Fehldesigns sind für mich nicht argumentierbar mit "Stand der Technik" oder "Ging nicht anders". Es sind eindeutig bewusste Entscheidungen, die aus Anwenderperspektive absolut Schrott sind. Nichts ist einfach und intuitiv, Alles ist nervig und verschachtelt. Egal was man mit Microsoft Software machen will, man ist am schnellsten, wenn man es direkt bei Google sucht, damit man dort von einem vorherigen unglücklichen die Liste an Fenstern bekommt, durch die man sich klicken muss.

Die Software ist einfach von Leuten designt, die noch nie ein Programm mit grafischer Oberfläche benutzt haben. Anders kann ich mir das nicht erklären. Der Store scheint technisch ja zu funktionieren, aber die Oberfläche ist unterirdisch schlecht.

Falls Microsoft das wirklich liest, dann schiebt mal bitte alle aus dem VS Code Team in die leitenden Positionen für eure Software Entwicklung. VS Code ist die einzige Software von Microsoft, die man gut verwenden kann und die sinnvoll und halbwegs intuitiv designed ist. Der ganze Rest ist wiegesagt einfach nur Schrott, und kann maximal als negativ Beispiel für gute Software Entwicklung an ner Uni verwendet werden. Ich will gar nicht wissen, wie schrecklich euer Dreckscode aussehen muss. Sorry.

N'achetez surtout pas sur Microsoft Store. Même sils vous promettent des délais de livraison court, c'est un mensonge. Préferez toujours Amazon, Cdiscount ou autre. Le transport qu'utilise Microsoft est UPS. Ils ont mis +1 mois à me livrer. Aucunes excuses, aucun tact de Microsoft, opérateurs incompétents et impolis , mettent 15 jours pour vous fournir une p&tain d'etiquette de retour!!! Je regrette amerement avoir passé la commande avec ces bouffons ingrats, j'aurais pu le faire sur Amazon

Comme convenu, je m'étais engagé à dénoncer Microsoft store. J'ai acheté pour la première fois une application qui permettait de rendre la bar des taches transparentes, après l'achat, j'ai téléchargé et installer l'application sous mon ordinateur Windows 10.

La barre des taches ce mets effectivement transparent en laissant un bouton lancement sur le bureau. Quand j'utilise l'ordinateur, la barre des tâches devient bleue et n'est plus donc transparente comme promis, et en plus elle ce met a flasher partout sur la barre des taches.

J'ai contacté le support Microsoft ils se sont propose d'intervenir sur mon ordinateur pour corriger l'application comme si j'avais été le premier et le seul client a avoir acheter cette application.

J'ai refusè de donner accès a Microsoft Store a mon ordinateur , car la dernière fois qu'un agent Microsoft est intervenu sur mon ordinateur ca a fini par afficher une page bleue où j'ai du tous réinstaller. Donc comme en c'était la même journée, j'ai demandé le remboursement a la place, normal, c'est une application défectueuse et en plus, je suis intervenu le même jour où la loi française vous laisse un délai de rétractation en plus.

Mais Microsoft depuis fait silence radio pour 1.49€ , donc je vous déconseille d'acheter quoi que ce soit chez Microsoft Store puisqu'ils n'ont pas l'honnêteté de vous rembourse même la somme symbolique de 1.49 et ce sont des applications non verifiées la preuve. En plus pour contacter leur support Microsoft store c'est le parcours du combattant, je tiens toutes les preuves meme la video qui prouve que cette application Bug et flash a la disposition de trustpilot, Pour finir je conclurais Non merci Microsoft Store ! Het is echt een slecht bedrijf, contact opnemen met je problemen kan totaal niet, de telefoon lijn zegt zoek het online maar op en hun email is nergens te vinden. Ongekend dat zo een groot bedrijf zon slechte service heeft
