Great help and service. Dealing with Leanne and Aaron at Ingleby Barwick. Thank you for making it stress free.

My review is in regards to Ingleby Barwick branch . The staff we had most dealings with were Aaron and Leanne. Colin also was the point man in showcasing thd properties when we viewed.
Both were exceptional.
We had originally planned to buy another property and liaised with Leanne regarding this but this wasnt to be and another property came to the fore which we ended up making our home.
Leanne came across as highly experienced and reassuring.
Through each part of the process Aaron was patient and professional and helped to piece things together for us and acted as not just an information point but also a source of reassurance as we navigated to completion .
Colin was very friendly snd informative too regarding properties viewed and expanded on details when questioned regarding our new home.
An extremely pleasant experience. Thank you once again guys.

Huge thank you to Debbie in Billingham she constantly kept me updated and when original sale fell through she went above and beyond to get new buyer within week. So helpful and Compassionate couldn't thank her enough

We want to drop a short note to thank you for your professional and understanding approach you showed during recent phone calls.

We first spoke when we applied for tenancy at 76 Rievaulx way, however I explained to you our current landlord was by far never going to be the landlord of the year, having not complied with so many areas of his responsibilities, refusing to have the oil burning central heating boiler serviced for the last 4 years, not notifying us of legal changes, and the list goes on, which I spared your from.

Our previous landlord, moved away, who did everything by the book, I am told as this was my first time renting.

We were concerned about the form we had to complete which mentioned contacting our landlord, so I rang and explained.

At the time we were desperate and feeling trapped. We offered to pay 12 months in advance for the property to hopefully give us a chance in being successful in our application. We are both semi retired professional people and had been waiting to find the right place to buy but the pressure from the landlord was becoming distressing.

You listened, and listened some more, you showed empathy, not sympathy, your comments were constructive and uplifting, and for that we both thank you.

We were disappointed when we saw the house had been taken off the market, and then by chance, or design we saw two places for sale, we made an offer of full asking price on one of them we were so taken with it. We are confident we did not jump because of circumstances, the place seemed right, everything, even the owner can move out within a days notice. The surveyor has inspected the property, and we have learned that all is well, he is happy, so are we.

We wanted to say thank you for your calmness and support, which helped us hugely. Your professionalism was clear from our first conversation. I hope your manager/owner gets to see this email, you are for sure a wonderful ambassador for the company.

Brilliant communication and support from Debbie through out the process. I've been dealing with two other estate agents recently and Michael Poole Billingham were by 'far and away' the best. Debbie was very friendly and gave us all good support and advice. She communicated with us throughout the process of the sale. Booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a valuation and they didn't turn up. They said they'd doubled booked as they were changing over computer systems. This was even though they'd sent us an email that morning reminding us of the appointment.

Our experience with Michael Poole Estate Agent has been very good. Guisborough branch have been excellent helping us all the way to selling our home.
