Die Stiefel sehen wirklich super aus und passen gut auf meine dünnen Beine, das erste mal das der Schaft eng genug ist und nicht absteht.
Sie sind angenehm und bequem zu tragen und fühlen sich nicht schwer an.
Lieferung klappte gut und auch die Option mit Klarna zu bezahlen macht es easy.

Unable to deliver the pakcage
For some or other reason they could not get the package delivered by GLS even though i get mail and packages all the time. Its now been 3 weeks and I still dont have my order.

Gutschrift der Retoure verweigert trotz DHL Bestätigung
ICh habe Mitte Juli drei Teile gekauft, die leider nicht passten. Meine Retoure ist angeblich nicht angekommen, obwohl DHL beim Nachforschungsauftrag der Sendungsnummer bestätigt hat, dass sie am 1.8.25 dort eingegangen ist.
Heute ist der 22.08., und mir wurde gerade mitgeteilt, dass das Paket vielleicht noch nicht in Tschechien angekommen ist. Nach 3 Wochen? Mir wurde weder eine Erstattung noch eine Gutschrift angeboten, obwohl der Fehler hier nicht bei mir liegt und das Paket 3 Wochen nach Eingang dort eigentlich weitergeleitet sein sollte.
Finger weg, wenn ihr befürchtet, eine Retoure zu haben.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from them and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The sizing is completely off—despite ordering my usual size, the shoes were uncomfortably tight and unwearable. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to help Their lack of willingness to address the issue or work with me has left me frustrated and out of pocket. I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor product quality and terrible customer service.
