What a great business to deal with. I have ordered both RCF TT+ and Sennheiser products from them. They actually had products in stock (unlike some other retailers) which were shipped quickly and reliably. The staff were so helpful in discussing the best products to suit my needs - very knowledgeable guys!

We buy all of our radio mics from Mercury AV for several good reasons: they know the product inside out, they're really helpful, the prices are about the best we've found, and the service is unrivalled - usually next-day delivery. Why would we go anywhere else...?

Quick delivery of product at a good…
Quick delivery of product at a good price. All looks in perfect condition. One slight gremlin; as it was made on the continent, it was supplied with a 2-pin plug. Mercury 'thoughtfully' added a 3-pin plug BUT with a three pin connection to the device which only had a 2-pin output. Fortunately I had a suitable plug myself but now have yet another 3-pin plug.

Ordered a pair of TT08 monitor speakers…
Ordered a pair of TT08 monitor speakers from Mercury having first discussed with them over the phone, they were happy to let me take them on 7 day approval - I'd had quite a lot of trouble finding speakers that could satisfactorily reproduce the piano sound from my Nord Stage 3. When they arrived I was initially disappointed to hear that one of the speakers seemed to be making a buzzing noise, I raised this with Mercury who very quickly got back to me, told me that there was no possibility of a new replacement until October at the earliest, but that they would take the defective unit, repair it and provide a loan replacement in the meantime. Thankfully before all this was put in train I discovered that there was something in the room buzzing not the speaker! But excellent customer service, thank you!
