Website easy to use. After placing the order the product turned up the next day on-time as stated. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong product but was able to speak to someone on the phone to resolve the issue without any drama.

I can't recommend Mercury AV highly enough!
A really positive experience.
We were looking to purchase some high-end PA speakers for our church. We emailed Mercury AV for some advice. Ian emailed back shortly after giving us all the answers we needed. There was no hard sell, they were happy to reserve the products for us whilst we sourced the finances.
This company went above and beyond what I expected. They were really understanding with our situation and shipped it out for next day delivery. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Held the product until I managed to make arrangements to complete the sale, was at the end of the phone through every stage of the sale, managed to get me the best price for the best product AND got shipped out to me the very next day! Couldn’t be happier
Couldn’t be happier. Needed a new desk and monitors for our charity. Not only was Ian able to help and give advice, but he also loaned us a mixer while our new one was on back order. First class service and this roughly recommended.

A* Pricing A* Service A* Delivery
I purchased a set of radio mics from Mercury AV not only were they over £1000 cheaper than a leading competitor they also price matched another company knocking off another £50+. So for price I cannot sing their praises high enough.
Honestly the best service I have received from an online company. I emailed a received a reply in less than 10 minutes and was kept updated every step of the way.
Finally delivery was made on time. The delivery was estimated at 5 working days and in came in exactly 5 working days. Will defiantly be using again in the future as better pricing and service than competitors.

Rocking service-sublime Mic!
Ian at Mercury AV held my deposit against an Electrovoice RE20 for a full month before I was in a position to get back to him. He explained thast once a deposit is placed Merury will hold the product,(within reason!) until the customer is in the position to pay the balance. They were true to their position and sent a payment link when I was ready to complete. Great company, great products and competitive pricing. Communication was excellent as was the lightning delivery the next morning via premium delivery before 12pm,( free delivery to boot by the way!) The microphone is in a grey industrial 1950's enamel type vibe by the way- just love it.
Many thanks to Ian and Claire for holding the line and waiting for me to bring up the rear. Happy Christmas Despite Covid!
