I have been buying gold and platimun from Mene for about 3 years. I have never had an issue with any of my pieces. I love checking in on my dashboard and seeing my account grow. My first purchases are up about 130%. Very exciting! Beautiful packaging as well. I researched several companies before I decided on Mene. I found you get more gold for your money compared to similar sites.

Best 24k jewelry brand and only place I can find 24k platinum jewelry. I love that I can see my collections on my page in this website. I hope they will make mixed metal items like David Yurman.

Selection is quite broad. Received hoop earrings and they are beautiful. My girlfriend loves them and that is what really matters.

I was impressed with the quality of the product, speed of shipping, and care in packaging. The transparency in pricing was a big drawing point, and I'm grateful that I received slightly greater weight than expected. Ring is very nice.

This was my second ring purchase from Mene the first was short on gold content I complained and was sent the same IA worded response but I loved the ring and when I sold it I received more than I paid. My second ring less than a week ago once again shorted me a whole gram this time there response was a 10 percent credit to my next order wow that really hurt so I asked to return and they treating me by charging the 10 percent they called stocking fee. I immediately contacted Affirm a company I use to place a purchase for me I told affirm I could continue with this order and seconds later Mene had sent me three emails waiving the ten percent. I mailed it back overnight shipping they provided and am still waiting for the money be returned to affirm. I to receive two certificates one had the 14.41 grams advertised and a second framed with the rings correct gold content 13.51 grams. I told them they could have easily added the correct amount under the cross laid on top of the spinning ring affixed to the main ring for better support but I got another IA generated unfortunately they couldn't meet my expectations. It's a shame they make beautiful jewelry I received hundreds of compliments from the first ring I'm sorry I sold it with today's gold process. They make a great product but I'm convinced someone's stealing the extra gold I'm glad I'm not the only one scammed.

I like the look of the ring but it almost weighs one whole gram less than what I paid for. I feel deceived. I will not buy from this company anymore because of this type of business practice.

Fits perfectly. I'm glad you stamp them now as .999 platinum as well. Mene 24 k is nice but the other is better. Fine quality super well made.

They always short you with the weight . When they advertise and show you the current value then send you something that is with less weight. Buyer beware

I didn’t find the handwork on this bracelet to be as nice as the one of platinum i bought previously that was same design. It’s just not finished as well. Also its a bit short on weight as in below the allowances given. MENE, do better.

I've purchased about dozen Mene gold jewelries starting back in around 2019 and have always been very pleased with my purchases. Their quality is excellent along with their customer service. They're very upfront with their price breakdown so you know exactly what you're paying for. My collection has doubled in value over time and I'm very pleased with that.

I've ordered 3 pieces from Mene and the first two orders were processed smoothly and we love the quality. The third order had a hiccup and much to my appreciation, the management team really came through for us. ⚠️ Menē 24k Gold Jewelry – Watch Out Deceptive Marketing, a False Sense of Transparency!

They say 30% fee, but in reality it’s ~48% of the gold value, you end up paying about 1.5× the gold.

It’s a way to drive attraction, you see “wow, 24k and sold at gold value” and it sounds amazing… until you check the numbers...

Menē markets itself on their website mene.com as 24k gold jewelry “sold by weight at gold value” with an “approximately 30% Menē Fee.” But when I reviewed the Wide Flat Band and the Snake Cuff, the fee was actually 48% of the gold value. That is not “approximately 30%” it’s a huge difference and completely misleading.

In Canada, gold is already overpriced per piece, but Menē markets itself differently to make people think they’re buying at gold value. 😭.

I didn’t stop at two items, I also checked 4 more pieces. Every single one of them came out to the same exact pattern: ~48% fee of gold value, which equals about 32% of the total. This isn’t an exception — it’s how they price everything.

When I contacted support, the agent’s Jan Lopez response was a joke and gave explanations that didn’t add up.

The real math:
• Website claim: “Menē Fee is ~30% of TOTAL value”
• But the TOTAL already includes the same fee 🤡
• Formula: Total = Gold Value × 1.48
• Menē Fee ≈ 0.48 × Gold Value (≈31–33% of Total)

The irony? They claim “30% Menē Fee of the total” but that total already has the Menē Fee inside it.🤣.

Example – Wide Flat Band (from their site):
• Gold Value: $1,361.01
• Menē Fee: $653.56
• Total: $2,014.57

Now, if you check the math:
• $653.56 ÷ $1,361.01 = 48% of the gold value
• $653.56 ÷ $2,014.57 = 32% of the total

So while Menē says “Fee ≈30% of total”, the reality is the fee equals 48% of the gold value. That’s why you end up paying about 1.5× the real gold worth.

The product is just like it looks and is as heavy as described. I work in the jewelry industry so even though they add a 50 percent profit margin off the pure platinum or gold... its no where near what a Jewelry store would offer ....and you would not see these items in a jewelry store being 100 percent pure. (which makes it softer so make sure you take care of your jewelry!) The first time I ordered shipping took a little time but the few times after that it was quick and nicely packaged. I purchased these items just to have some platinum in my collection. It's money in the bank as far as I am concerned. :-)

Menē is an exceptional source for gold and platinum jewelry and small objects. The customer service department is absolutely unmatched! If you are thinking about buying 24k gold or platinum, but hesitating because you aren’t sure about the source, I can honestly say that I trust Menē absolutely.
