Also they went above and beyond to make sure I had my vehicle on the day and it’s was late so they stay on intil 8pm couldn’t get a better service

Scammers stay away sold us a Audi Q7 in September it was delivered with the eml light on and the car died 6 weeks later £8000 down the drain no customer service or care they gave us a warranty but guess what that company folded too seams to me they don’t care about anything except money trading standards here we come

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!

Brought a car in December, told it had a 6month warrenty plus a 100 point AA inspection. Car used a few times before engine warning light kept coming on, took it to local garage and the car needed repairs costing £900! Contacted warrenty company and the warranty wasn’t paid for so was void! Contacted MB motors and they after a few calls said they would pay for it to be repaired and sort out a new warrenty for me but it’s now may and nothing! Quick to take money, slow to respond to emails and calls and to pay out! They lie, said they had transferred the money but never came!

Still nothing! Again as with other customers will be contacting trading standards, considering other reviews say good customer service, must say not seen that….

I purchased my BMW 640d from here, Nadia and the staff did a good job of arranging everything and that the car was ready on the day, the car had a dent that their guy didn’t turn up to fix, but to be fair to them they paid for a local company to myself to fix, overall good experience and great communication, they kept close communication even after driving the car away, well done MB

I bought my Skoda Oktavia from MB Motor Group in March. The whole process was nice and smooth and Nadia was helpful throughout. All proofs of service that I requested were provided, such as timing belt and water pump replacement.
As a first time buyer, I made every effort at the test drive to fully check the car before purchase. However, probably because of my lack of experience (and full trust in the process) I didn't double check the correct functioning of the rear wipers. It now turns out that the rear motor is dead and needs replacing.
It is disappointing that nothing about the fault was ever mentioned and that MB Motor guaranteed that everything was fine with the car, therefore I felt I could have full trust in the agreement, when instead it was not the case.
I would have preferred to buy the car knowing it needed repair (and it would then be up to me to decide whether the deal was worth it), as opposed to the seller taking advantage of my lack of experience.
I fully believe no business should ever act non transparently regarding the products they are selling, hence the reason of my low rating.

Rang up the day before, had abit of banter on the phone. Went up next day, if you go dont park in the lane go up the road an park on the hill. Good talk about the bikes i was looking at, let me take my time no pushing the sale. Very transparent about what he knew about the bikes. 2010 gsxr750 rode the 130mile back home with no issues. Ectended warranty covers pretty much everything on the bike also. Great selection of bikes.

Purchased a car from mb mothers Bradford after driving the car home all the engine lights came on I took the car to a local garage where they told me the car wasn't safe to drive got in touch with mb motors had to take the car back they said to take it back they had it 9 weeks then said the car had been fixed we go pick the car up driving home all the same things happened again they hadn't fixed it but lied about fixing it we had to then take it back after 3 more weeks they said they fixed it but they hadn't so lied again but this time the windscreen had got smashed we went and pick it up for the last time all the seat was wet n had mould on them rat droppings all over the car under the bonnet had to then get it all cleaned do not buy a car from these people they take your hard earn money to give u crap and think that it ok to do that every person I spoke to lied time n time again about what was happing n what had happened the strsss and worry it caused was months of depression and paying anther garage to fix the problems costing us a lot more money to make it safe to drive my kids to school stay clear of these people and the car dealership

Bought a car from MB Motors what a mistake
Car wasn’t road worthy problem after problem lie after lie
They took car bck after just over a week of buying it and had it for 4/5 months , wen I picked it up all same problems were there and more , car looked like it had just been parked up and left had broken windscreen rat droppings inside and mould everywhere
They said they’d put MOT on car also as a good will gesture then charged me , later to find out the car wasn’t even road worthy
I’ve been going through all these 5 star reviews thinking how can anyone give them a 5 star but then you look at the names and these are employees
Total rip of merchants stay clear and hopefully one day karma will come to them

A special appreciation post for Nahdia who was helpful, understanding and patient when I had my doubts. She was calm and answered all of my questions without hesitation. She made me feel valued and put my mind at ease. Overall amazing experience. 100% recommend.
