Survey are always interesting and enjoyable with a wide range of topics, rewards are paid on time and are fair and worth the time given. Recommend any day.

A very simple system to use and over time the points add up and can be used for a variety of rewards etc.

My rewards are for my Grandkids. I save enough points to get them a little treat.

Didn’t get my bank transfer. Left numerous queries stating so and heard nothing. Would avoid using them.

Surveys are interesting and diverse. Compensation via points which can be used for alternative rewards. Good range of vouchers or goods that can be purchased.

I eventually got the two Waitrose gift cards I ordered but only after chasing when they still hadn't arrived after 10 business days. It took a further week for Maximiles customer service to respond to that query with some explanation about an error made by their supplier - funny how it's always someone else's fault - and then a further week until the postie finally delivered them. Lucky I wasn't in a hurry, eh?

Communicating with customer service is ridiculous. You send a message and they dont answer properly and then just close the query and you have to just keep submitting new queries! Ive been waiting over 4 weeks for my product and they just keep saying theyve sent it out again. They also wont tell you what their complaints procedure is. Will not go back to these once I have sorted my problem out. I only ordered a trowel!!!!

Ive used maximiles for years and had so many vouchers off them.

Love to answer surveys and give my opinion on various subjects whilst also getting rewarded. Some really good surveys come via this company.
