I LOVE THE SURVEYS, ALL GREAT.

I have been completing surveys for Maximiles for years. The surveys can be quite interesting although they do often take longer than stated. I usually save up the points for vouchers but it does take a long time.

As usual everything went just as it should have and I received my reward without any problems at all thanks Maximiles

have been with Maximiles for a few years with different rewards chosen in that time. This time it was an Amazon voucher. I acrue quite a few of these and use them for bigger purchases like TV, tech etc.

Claiming my reward voucher was very easy and I was able to transfer the amount into my my amazon account.

Been using Maxmiles for quite a few years now. Surveys come through fairly regularly but not over he top. They usually work well and points awarded are fair. Rewards are varied and easy to select. It’s a good survey provider.

Many of the surveys offered I don't qualify for but some of the rewards are worth having, even though you have to accumulate a lot of points in order to start to qualify for them. That said, rewards are delivered promptly and are pretty varied so there's always something suitable for most people.

I ordered 2 vouchers from Maximiles for John Lewis. They were emailed to me, but when I searched for them to use in the store, I could not find them. I have written to Maximiles approximately 4 times asking them to reissue the vouchers (Maximiles will see the vouchers have not been used). I have not had a reply or any assistance. I am very disappointed about this, as I have completed many surveys over the years. Perhaps you can nudge the organisation to contact me?

Maximiles UK are brilliant. I love to fill in the surveys and playing the games soon makes the points add up. I think the rewards are top class.

Like that I get the chance to decide what rewards I get lots to choose from

Most of the surveys are straightforward and can be completed without any problems. They offer a full range of subjects which I like. I have been doing this for a few years now and have had a lot of nice rewards

I really love the opportunities available and the ease of using your site and the chance to get rewards to spend. I would recommend your service and have done already. I love my opinions are heard.

Would have got 5 stars if they had replied to my queries , I sent two queries about why the Amazon gift cards had gone and didn't get any answer back at all , Not very good customer service .

Been completing surveys ordered reward to check it was genuine and wasn’t wasting my time - arrived in days. Questionnaires interesting diverse good company

The surveys are interesting, though some can be repetitive. If you stick with it though, you eventually accrued enough points for a reward. I had problems with a voucher that went astray but eventually sorted that out as they sent another. The gifts I've ordered were of good quality.

I have had terrible problems trying to amend my email address with Maximiles. After trying unsuccessfully to amend the address through a link they sent me, my account is now blocked. I have tried to raise a query through their automated system on more than one occasion , but it requires you to log in to your account, which I am unable to do. I have tried to email asking to speak to a human to help me, but unfortunately I have had no response. I am now extremely frustrated and annoyed.

Its nice to have a break from work, have a cup of tea and fill in an interesting survey to pass the time away. Surveys vary about subjects but some are surprisingly informative and interesting. Plus you build up points for rewards. I quite like Maximiles
