Vêtements trop grands… annoncés M c’est en réalité du L. Qualité médiocre.
Soit disant il y a des conditions de retours mais personne ne répond aux nombreux mails…

Fatto ordine ma da quel giorno sono spariti ..provato a contattarli ovunque ma nulla non rispondono ..c’è una mail di servizio clienti che non funziona . Ad oggi dopo 20 giorni non ricevuto nulla ..fate attenzione servizio pessimo !

Do not buy from this company. I bought some joggers that have never been sent to me. No shipping code, no response on email, no refund, nothing. I lost 40 dollars to some bs company.

This company has the worst communication and offers no reasonable return or exchange policy. Just 10% off your order if you choose to keep it or spend $200 to ship it back to China. The clothes are the cheapest possible quality. I asked them for an exchange with no response after 3 attempts.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 25/07, mi aspettavo una conferma d'ordine tramite mail ma non è arrivato nulla quindi ho cercato delle recensioni su internet.
Arrivato su questo sito, ho letto le recensioni vecchie e ho pensato di essere stato truffato, nel frattempo ho contattato il servizio clienti senza mai riuscire a ricevere una risposta, contattati dal sito, da Instagram, tramite mail, nulla da fare, mi sono messo il cuore in pace e ho dato per perso i soldi.
Poi oggi mi suona il campanello, il postino con un pacco per me, bhe sono arrivate le maglie, le provo e mi vestono perfettamente, la qualità non sembra male per i soldi dati. A primo impatto i soldi spesi valgono la qualità.
Sicuramente si meritano zero stelle per il servizio clienti e per le tempistiche di consegna, quasi un mese.... Ora aspettiamo di lavarle qualche volta e nel caso ci sarà un ulteriore recensione se si rovinano subito.
Si meritano 3 stelle ma metto 4 solo perché il rapporto qualità prezzo al momento sembra davvero vantaggioso.

After placing an order I requested to cancel it and got no response. Then my shirts were delivered, sadly they are poor quality and do not fit well (too big) I then requested a return and once again I’ve heard nothing, sent repeated emails and get no response. Now I’m going to contact my bank. Avoid at all costs

SCAM SCAM SCAM.... The clothes they send you are nothing like in the picture. They are $2 cheap chinese alternatives. My tracksuit pants were made out of parachute material. They will not get back to you when you contact them either... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER

Wir haben Ware erhalten. Diese wollten wir aufgrund der sehr schlechten Qualität zurücksenden. Ich habe den Support kontaktiert. So steht es auf der Internetseite. Leider keine Reaktion und keine Rücksendeadresse.

Tried to buy a few shirts from this site with a prepaid card and it was declined. Then right away the card was shut down because there was a fraudulent charge on it. Stay away from these scammers.

It was unclear that the products were not from Europe. The products did not correspond with the pictures and descriptions. The quality is very low. Do not buy anything from this shop.

When you want to initiate a return you are only sent to the top of the page. You probably have to go through customer support and based on previous reviews it will take time and the conclusion will be that the price for a return is so high it will not be worth it and I will not likely get money back.

Only way for Martwil to change my view will be to react to this post and send me a free return form. Then I may raise the review a step or two for trying to show decent customer service.

Ich hab mir ein paar Sachen bestellt Pullover und T-Shirts, Lieferung 4 Wochen, Bezahlen natürlich gleich bei Bestellung! Fünf Produkte in drei verschieden Paketen! okay!
So eine Schlechte Qualität hab ich noch nie gesehen!
Die Größen angaben, Komplet daneben, das Material irgendein Kunststoff!

Die Kosten für die Rücksendung nach China sind natürlich selber zum Übernehmen.

Ich habe mir am 14.03.23 über einen Werbebanner auf Instagram, auf der Seite martwil.com, eine lockere Jogginghose bestellt, und war auch froh, dass alles recht flott im Einkaufswagen war und versendet wurde - es gab auch ein ausgiebiges tracking der Ware!

Heute ist meine Hose angekommen, und ich bin ehrlich gesagt, beeindruckt, dass man sowas verkaufen kann und sich wohl niemand darum schert!

100% Polyester, schlechte Nähte, Bund an den Beinen haben keine Spannung und das Band an der Hüfte, ist so dünn, dass man meinen könnte, es existiert nicht!

2/5 Sternen, da mir bis auf die Ware, alles andere im Grunde gefällt. Die Hose selbst werde ich verschenken oder jemanden geben, dem es egal ist.

Bestellt wird von meiner Seite aus, hier nicht mehr!
