So far not a good experience at all. Still waiting for the shirts after more than 2 weeks, their tracking app tries to lure you into an expensive subscription, no reaction from customer service etc. All the red flags …

Scam! Goods are cheap Chinese dump stuff. Not once an answer from their customer support, even after 15 daily mails. Most probably this just is a dump email box.

Save your money, don’t give them the chance to rip it from you

Terrible company! I ordered 3 shirts and received them after about 2 or 3 weeks. The size wasn't right, so I submitted a return request via email, as instructed on their website. It’s been nearly 4 weeks now and I haven't received any response—except via the chat, where they insist the request must be made by email. I replied stating that I had already done so multiple times, but I haven't heard anything since.

Bad quality, broken stitches on delivery

I was sent an item and the quality is below standard so wish to return, I have sent numerous emails and they have not responded. This is a company I would recommend not to use, as zero customer service and poor quality clothing.

The linen shirts are not linen so products are not as advertised. Despite contacting them to cancel my order within ten minutes of placing it, they don't respond and therefore you exceed the 24 hour cancellation deadline they impose. Carefully read the refund and returns section as they exclude all normal reasons for refund. They advertise a UK address but they are not in the UK and will charge you in USD. BASICALLY JUST AVOID!!!

Very poor quality product. I paid £34.39 for a very poor quality jumper. The photograph looked like a good quality product from a thick fabric and texture but in reality after many weeks of waiting, a poor polyester substitute arrived. I wouldn’t have paid £1 for this and would never have bought it if I’d seen it in a local shop! Simply pathetic!The company is a complete scam and should be wound up!

Shirts are highly inconsistent in size.Large can mean anything. When you try to use the customer service link to contact them for the return address they simply ignore the emails. Scam company. Avoid.

Have emailed their customer service several times to request details of return/exchange. No replies very poor experience and subsequent research of rating websites highlight site has very poor ratings and considered a scam AVOID.

Sto continuando a provare a contattare l'azienda per avere informazioni sia via email che tramite social, ma ancora nessuna risposta. L'ordine è del 29/05/2026 e ormai ha smesso di funzionare anche il link riportato nella mail per monitorare lo stato dell'ordine. Spero almeno di evitare questa esperienza ad altri.

Orders come from China. I ordered 3 Linen Shirts at £23 each. However, these shirts are 100% Polyester. There is a label on them all that states this.

Why are you advertising 'Linen' shirts, and sending me Polyester. Kind of defeats the object as Polyester makes you very hot, while Linen is breathable.

The worst quality materials. Lies about what things are made of. What turned up was Chinese rubbish, nothing like advertised. Avoid at all costs. You’ll just buy stuff you’ll never wear because it so bad. This is a scam site.

C'est une arnaque. Une commande a été passée il y a des semaines, payée mais jamais reçue.
Malgré des e-mails et tentatives de contact sur les réseaux, aucun retour. Ils suppriment les commentaires négatifs. Surtout ne faites pas confiance à ce faux site. J'ai contacté le service des consommateurs, n'hésitez pas à en faire de même.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY... They have specific instructions on their website to return items. I have followed all instructions and have heard nothing back from them after chasing four times and placing two phone calls that goes automatically to a voice service... this entire experience has felt dodgy and borderline fraudulent. I now need to engage my credit card company for refunds and disputes because they literally won't reply... This company is not to be trusted.

Les tailles annoncées ne correspondent pas, le S commandé est en fait du grand M.. tee-shirts emballés dans des sacs Shein .. je byocotte systématiquement les produits chinois, alors imaginez comme j'ai mal aux fesses ! Fuyez ces voleurs !

Bought some shirts from this company through an ad on Instagram. The size chart suggests to buy extra large anccording to posted measurements and the website promises that you can return or exchange. So I get the order and 1- material is really thin and cheap. And 2- so big, swimming in the shirts. We emailed the same day of receiving the package. And then 2 more times. No reply at all. The shirts will go to donation and we’re out some money. Stay away from this company.
