Martindales were appointed by my…Insurance Company
Martindales were appointed by my Insurance Company to replace my garage door. They have been an excellent company to deal with from day 1. The Surveyor visited site very quickly and provided me with all options, we were able to upgrade to our chosen colour at cost price. A fitting date was booked for mid July, then I got a call late yesterday afternoon saying a cancellation window had opened up, the workmen were here at 0830, job complete by 1015. The workmen who came were very professional, polite, chatty and got on with the job in hand, clearing away all rubbish etc. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a replacement garage door to contact Martindales for an excellent professional service from start to finish.
I must also give credit to all the office based staff who have been excellent throughout, dealing with any queries etc.
P.S - I will arrange to get the clamp the fitters accidentally left behind back to you in the post soon.

Graham & Ian arrived today to replace…
Graham & Ian arrived today to replace the glass panel in the door that was smashed by a burglar last week! Both guys were very polite, respectful and efficient too. Graham tweaked the doors so they’re both now easier to open whilst Ian loaded the van with the temporary wood and broken glass etc! All done in 15 mins

Outstanding service - door looks brand new again!
I’ve just had Martindales out to repair my front door following an insurance claim, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The technician did a brilliant job and made it look exactly like it did when it was brand new.
He went above and beyond, taking the time to touch up some marks on the door that weren't even part of the original claim. He was incredibly polite, thoughtful, and even offered some really useful advice on maintaining it. To top it all off, he cleared up after himself completely, leaving the place spotless. Fantastic service and a real credit to the company—highly recommend

The two people who did the work (Graham and Ian) were excellent, the work was carried was faultless it's just unfortunate that the same can't be said about others I relied upon, there was an error in the size of the new windows that were provided, therefore I am still waiting for the work to be completed

Excellent job! The guys phoned in advance to give a precise arrival time, then worked very efficiently to take the old door out and put the new one in. The quality of the installation is first class, and their clearing-up was such that you'd never believe anyone had been there. This is the second time we've had a door installed by Martindales and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Our fitters today Ricky and Bart were brilliant. They were polite knowledgeable and hard working. They made every effort to keep the work area clean and tidy which was also much appreciated and also took the time to explain all the features of our new door to us.

Martindales supplied and fitted a new Rock Door slab to my Rock Door and I was delighted with the professional and helpful service that I received when arranging the work. The Martindales Customer Services Team were all very efficient at arranging the quotation for my new Rock Door slab, organising an installation date and provided very efficient and prompt communication that I appreciated.
The two installation staff who attended my property Martin and Scott fitted the new Rock Door slab. They were efficient, friendly and clearly explained everything I needed to know about the work that they were carrying out. Martin and Scott both had an excellent technical knowledge and were very professional and skilled. My new Rock Door slab looks fantastic and I am grateful for the expertise of Martin and Scott and also to all the Martindales Customer Services Team for providing such an excellent service!
