I moved my mum's Homecare contract from British Gas (rubbish and a rip off) to R J Martindale 3 years ago. They have been outstanding and so very nice to my elderly mum. 2 years ago she had a new boiler too, and again, the service was brilliant. Today she had her 2nd boiler service and safety inspection. We are both delighted to be customers of Martindales

I got a telephone reminder that the boiler service was due and was able to choose the time and date of the appointment. Dave turned up in the appointed time frame wearing overshoes and carried out the service.

We have used RJMartindale for a number of years, For example, a new boiler and new radiators fitted throughout our property and we have always been completely satisfied with the work done, at a competitive price and excellent customer service.
We have their Advanced Home Care cover and on this occasion our boiler was serviced by them. Their engineer was punctual ,carrying out his work in a professional manner, leaving things in a clean and tidy way. If you want a first class job doing then I would recommend RJ Martindale without any reservation.

Excellent service once again! I have been a loyal customer for many years and have always been impressed with the quality of their work. They previously installed a boiler in my home, and most recently they installed a new air conditioning system. During the same visit, they also replaced my old bathroom shower with a new one. Everything was completed to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. The team was professional, friendly, and reliable throughout. The air conditioning works perfectly, and the new shower looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled professionals.

Booked appointment online. I was then contacted by a phone call to confirm the date and time I had chosen. Engineer arrived during time slot and was very informative. Excellent service.

We had air conditioning fitted by Martindales.Before fitting, Dan explained everything clearly and the price was good.The work was of a very high standard and the fitters were friendly and professional.The follow up support was good and we are very happy with the product.We would highly recommend this company.

Great professionalism! Scott, Luke & Ethan (lovely well mannered young men) installed our Combi boiler last Tues/Wed., we can't praise them enough! They respected our home laying plastic sheeting throughout and wore overshoes whilst inside. Very impressed! Scott was very patient & explicit in his explanation of the system. Well done 'Martindale's' - we wouldn't hesitate in recommending you to friends & family.

Martindale’s are simply the best, very professional and attentive service. We had a pump failure and leak emergency and they responded brilliantly sorting out the issue and going the extra mile. I cannot praise them highly enough.
