Martingales fitted my new garage door earlier this year after it had unfortunately been broken into . When fitted they used a single bracket at each corner fitted with 1 bolt ., I presumed this was ok . Unfortunately my garage got broken into again and the frame held by these brackets got pushed back and bent . I made contact with there head office and they sent someone out to take a look . They issues was pointed out to them . The person then left site and we got a call 2 weeks later stating that the brackets where satisfactory and then wanted to charge us £400 to replace the brackets . I then called them back and was told that someone would call me back !! 3,weeks laters no call has materialised. I will have to make good myself and would never use Martindales ever again .

What can I say? Fantastic from start to finish. The lads were absolute gems, efficient, quick and very professional. If there's something they offer that you want, go with Martindales!

The door was originally supplied in the wrong colours but immediately they agreed to replace it and when installed by Ricky and Andy in perfect order. The installers Ricky and Andy were extremely polite courteous and friendly. We highly recommend them and will use Martindales again for any future door or window work we may require in the future.

WOW.....Thank you Chris & Paul for securing the patio doors after the locking mechanism dropped after installation of the new doors. After an outside fire ruined the French doors my insurance company (eSure) were fantastic & arranged everything for replacement of melted doors etc. Martindales installed the new French doors but after 4 weeks I noticed it was getting harder to close & lock the doors I called eSure & within an hour of calling them I got a call from Martindales to say they were on their way to me .... WOW!!! I was so surprised but so relieved too. Chris & Paul arrived, they were open route yo another job much further down the South-West do diverted to me, they knew immediately that the door had moved out of alignment & dropped making it hard to lock, there was also a stream of light where the bottom had shifted to the point light could be seen from the outside... The lads (!!) got to work on realigning the doors - they put my mind at ease as they knew immediately what the problem was & got on with fixing it. They worked quickly & efficiently having a laugh along the way. Thank you so much.... Martindales.... you've got a lovely, truthful, honest & friendly workforce - thank you so much for securing my home. Hopefully it won't happen again!! I received a fantastic service from Martindales. They replaced a broken glass on my door and a window. Graham was excellent, he turned up on time, was quick and cleaned up all the mess. I am happy with the service and will not hesitate to use them again.

I ordered a replacement front door through GFD, who sub-contract fitting to Martindales.  Martindales were efficient in contacting me to agree a survey date.  The surveyor, Paul, duly arrived to carry out the survey, having phoned in advance, and was professional, efficient and cheerful throughout.  A short time later I was contacted to agree an installation date.  Paul was joined by Chris for the installation, which was ideal given that Paul had done the survey.  Again they called in advance and arrived within the agreed time frame.  They worked together carefully and effectively, and went the extra mile to complete an excellent installation. I was also advised how to care for the door in the future.  I would have no hesitation in recommending Martindales and would commend Paul and Chris for a job well done.
