Bad return and exchange policy

The global shipping is very bad to Australia, especially when you want to exchange an item for a different size. They made me pay shipping for the first item, then shipping for the exchanged item, then $50 fee for purchasing a return label for the first item, and after that they don’t refund the full amount paid which was $146 for the returned item, they only refund the price of the item. So, you end up paying three shipping fees for the same item, just because you didn’t get the right size, and you lose more than $100 which is actually a price of a brand new dress. I tried contacting them and sent lots of emails, they ended up replying after 5 days saying this is our return policy.

I never received my order despite it…

I never received my order despite it saying delivered - now having troubles with them not getting back to me, it’s been 2 weeks and I have sent 3 emails. Apparently the wait time for a response is 4 days so I am clearly being ignored or pushed to the back. I will take this to the consumer ombudsman if this doesn’t get sorted soon as the clothes were not cheap either.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

never again will i order from this company. i ordered 3 pieces from them at the beginning of the month and they just now want to create the label for shipping today after one the pieces are now sold out! i really needed my outfits for an event and they ruined everything. on top of that they do not respond to emails at all.

Absolutely awful experience with Mars…

Absolutely awful experience with Mars The Label.

I placed an order for delivery which Royal Mail marked as “delivered” and left in a “safe place” — however, nothing was there when I checked. My order has essentially gone missing.

Because the brand was not responding, I then placed a second order for store collection, which clearly stated it would be ready within 24 hours. It has now been days since Tuesday and I have received no update, no confirmation, and no communication whatsoever.

I have emailed multiple times regarding BOTH orders and have been completely ignored. No customer service, no accountability, nothing.

It’s honestly shocking that a brand can take your money so quickly but completely disappear when there’s an issue. I’m now forced to escalate this through my bank just to get my money back.

Avoid this company — if anything goes wrong, you will be left chasing with no response.

Ordered a top as a gift and because of there terms saying 14 days return policy which I had thought was for a refund.. nope also mean for exchanges we now have a top that doesn't fit! How ridiculous obviously 14 days is not enough when your buying a gift for someone! Absolutely disgusting customer service!

Je suis très très très déçu de la marque je ne recommanderai plus jamais la bas!!!!
J'ai commandé un ensemble jogging bleu et deux capri un marron et un a petit poids je paye livraison rapide DHL je signe à la livraison toute heureuse, j'ouvre mon colis il n'y a que l'ensemble jogging et pas les 2 capri alors qu'il confirme la livraison des 4 articles !!!!J'ai fait plusieurs réclamation sans réponse de leur part !!!!! Il mon arnaqué 140e !!!!!!! c'est une marque pas sérieuse du tout je ne sais pas quoi faire!!!

i placed a order on march 16 and still…

i placed a order on march 16 and still haven’t received my order they claim it was lost while in transit but it says it’s in ellenwood Ga I tried doing a claim on it but it was denied bc it wasn’t 20 days since the last transit update. i’ve been trying to get a refund in that order to place another one but all there doing is dogging my question about receiving my refund. I also just placed another order on Friday… EXPRESS SHIPPING BTW and still haven’t received a tracking number to know if it’s been shipped out.

customer service and material bad!

I shop with MARS quite often, but over the past 6 months the quality of their materials has really gone downhill and the returns process has been an absolute nightmare.

On three separate occasions, I’ve been told my refund was processed, but the money was never actually returned to my card. Each time, I’ve had to chase them up myself.

Their customer service is just as bad. They reply once, then take about 7 days to respond again, and when they do, they either ask what the issue is or ask for receipts that have already been provided. When you’re dealing with the same return for over 6 weeks, this becomes incredibly frustrating.

There’s clearly no proper tracking of customer queries because no one seems to read the email thread. Customers shouldn’t have to repeat themselves over and over again just to get a basic issue resolved.

Overall, really disappointing experience. I used to shop here regularly, but this has completely put me off.

I was happy with the customer service…

I was happy with the customer service from Mars the Label. Dress is perfect, great quality. My dress had a faulty zip on the corset and Johanna was so helpful. I received a response very quickly and she had a new one in the post the next day. I’m very impressed.

I place an order on the 28th of March…

I place an order on the 28th of March and I have had no update on my shipping it is now the 11th of April and delivery said 3-5 days. The tracking on shipping has not changed since the 7th and I have emailed mars the label on numerous occasions and received no response. I’m deeply upset as I ordered my dress for an event well in advance to be careful, and I now highly suspect it won’t be here in time. For such a big company I thought customer service would be a lot better.

Amazing !!

I honestly don’t understand why the rating here isn’t a 5! I’ve been ordering from Mars The Label for around nine years now, and I’ve never had a single issue. Their customer service team is truly outstanding, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

On one occasion, I had an item where the zip came off, and they offered me a full refund almost immediately. There was no hassle, no back and forth, just a quick and simple resolution. It really shows that they care about their customers, not just making a sale.

It’s rare to find a brand that consistently delivers both quality products and such excellent service. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

no reply no return label

I received my order on the 25th of march, opened them and there were marks on the leather so i emailed straight away with some photos and i had a reply on the 31st saying you’ll send me over a return label. i’ve now waited 10 days for this label and sent multiple emails worrying as it’s over 12 days return date . £180 is lot of money i was more than happy to pay for return and i would’ve sent it the day after now im worried i wont get any refund as its been over 12 days due to waiting for you to send a return label. PLEASE can someone get back to me with a return label.

Horrible customer service

I placed a large order while they had a sale going on and I was so excited to receive my items. This morning I received an email that the experienced a system glitch and they would be canceling and refunding my order. This is beyond disappointing. They should honor the order and not punish the customers for their mishap. Wont be ever ordering from mars the label again

low quality don't buy

i ordered a dress from the site, wore once and it has a hole where the seam is clearly a problem with the stitching/material given the price of £70 you would expect the material to be of better quality - i reached out twice via email to see if they would be doing anything to rectify the issues and got no response.
