Police doesnt open case about this lost parcel

I am texting again regarding my losted parcel.
I went on police station but they didnt open and investigation case as i have been told murci is responsible for that not the police.
So on this case is still my problem or yours???
I am waiting from your side to solve this issue as this problem came as part of your carelessness.

To proceed with an investigation and assist you further, the currier requires a valid crime reference number. This must be obtained by reporting the incident online via your local police service. Please note that we specifically advise customers not to visit or call a police station, as reports for lost or missing parcels are typically handled through the police’s online reporting system.

We understand this situation is frustrating, however we are unable to submit a claim on your behalf until a crime reference number has been provided.

Awful...

Absolute terrible company, my daughter sent an item back for return and never received a refund for something worth £70! She's contacted them several times and never had a reply. Awful customer service, steer clear!

Hi,

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation.

We can confirm that your daughter’s return was successfully delivered back to us and a refund attempt was made; however, as a chargeback had been opened with the bank, Shopify’s system prevents us from processing any refunds while an active chargeback is in place.

Your daughter contacted us on 15th February requesting an update, and we responded on 16th February explaining that, due to the open chargeback, we were unable to issue the refund at that time. She reached out again on 25th February, and we replied on 26th February, including a screenshot of our previous response and reiterating the same information.

We also received a further email from yourself suggesting that no replies had been sent. In response, we provided additional evidence confirming that we had replied to the earlier communications.

Once the chargeback was resolved on 5th April, we were then able to proceed, and the refund was successfully issued on 8th April as soon as the system allowed.

We understand this process may have been frustrating, but please be assured that we acted in line with the payment provider’s requirements and responded to all correspondence sent to us.

Wonderful dresses

Wonderful dresses, the fit is always great and flattering, the design is always fantastic. I get compliments everywhere I go. I already found a few more that I know I will be buying! Thank you so much:)

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, they’re all rude and just want to take your money! If you stay in the US especially don’t buy from them! They are a money hungry terrible customer service having company! I hope people listen and go elsewhere. I’ve never seen a company so reluctant to correct something small! 0 stars if I could. Mars clothing is similar and their customer service is excellent!

The quality of clothing is top tier

The quality of clothing is top tier. The dress i purchased hugs my curves in all the right places, is extremely flattering and the material and structure is amazing. I do think U.S. returns process could be a bit better.

I had such a great experience with the clothing from Murci. Everything I bought was stylish, comfortable, and really well made, which made a big difference during my trip. The quality held up perfectly throughout my travels, and I received so many compliments on my outfits. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the design and materials. I’d definitely recommend Murci to anyone looking for fashionable and reliable clothing while traveling.
