I received my item fairly quickly. The quality is really nice. The sweatshirt is nice and soft and the printing looks like good quality. I haven't washed it yet but looks well done.

I purchase three Christmas items over $100.00 used the size chart provided, received the items one was fine the t-shirt was ladies size small would fit a child, sweatshirt was too small. I asked to exchange for larger sizes, had to file a claim that was denied so I am out over $60.00. Don't purchase anything from this company they just take your money and run. Putting in a complaint with the BBB

I logged on to their website, selected a shirt, filled out my order information and there site informed me the order did not go through. I repeated the process but received the same message. I decided to wait until I was back in the office to attempt the order. When arriving back at work I discovered they had processed not one but two orders. I reached out immediately but their so-called customer service said there was nothing that could be done to stop the order. They also REFUSED to take the order back. This is a terrible company and should be avoided at all costs! They only care about your money nothing more. They have lost our business, beware of this company.
