If I could leave negative stars I would leave it at minus 5. I left 1 because it's the lowest it will let me. Ordered a Tee- shirt for a Mothers Day gift on 04/15/2021 it's now 05/03/2021 and it still hasn't been shipped. Contacted on several occasions and still no satisfaction. If you want something from this company for a gift you better order it a year in advance then still hope you get it on time. Very very very very very disappointed.

I would like to rate their product but I haven't received it yet. Asked for status update, "Expected to ship 04/12/2021." That's great, if that weren't 13 days ago. Customer Service is either a bot or outsourced, they don't even bother to read what you ask.

I saw the Easter shirts, thought they were cute, but unable to find a match for my dog. I sent a pic of her, which they used and gave me a link to order. I ordered one, received it quite quickly, and love it. Because it has her actual pic on it makes it more personal, great job, you guys rocked it for sure!!

I was very pleased with my tang top shirt they got my birds on the shirt just right and it fitted right on me and they were so very nice too. I tried to help all that I could to get the pictures of my birds just right so they could print them out on the shirt. When I got it in the mail I was very please with it!
