I am beyond thrilled with this company. Their customer service is excellent always responding quickly to any questions. I am now in planning to create a custom made dress for my daughters. I highly recommend this company.

This is a good website for Indian clothing with very reasonable prices, including the shipping and stitching. I was pleased with the clothes when they came. Quality was good and stitching was precise.

I love the suits! They are exactly how the picture showed and fit really well. They had great service and informed me if my measurements looked off rather than just making the suit anyway. Kept in close contact with me and updated me along the way as well. Extremely patient and overall amazing customer service. Would definitely reccomend

I was hesitant to order from here because I've never bought Desi clothes online but I had a great experience! I ordered a lehenga on June 16, it shipped June 28, and delivered to US July 5! The outfit is REALLY cute, looks exactly like the picture! The work is really pretty. It's so nice for the price, doesn't look cheap at all! However, the sizing of the shirt is off. :( I recommend giving them a bigger size to account for any mistakes. I will be ordering from here again but I am a little nervous about the measurements.

I ordered a custom tailored dress from Manaaya which arrived with incorrect stitching size to the extent where I couldn’t wear it and I had about 2.5 weeks till the event date. The team at Manaaya was quick to address and fix the issue where they sent me a new dress free of charge and well in time for my event. Thanks for your great customer service and prompt resolution!

I cannot tell you how much I recommend this store. I wish I’d find them earlier I’ve bought my favourite dress from these guys and know I’m going to continue buying from them in the future

OverallWas a great first experience ordering through Manaya. Quality material is great.

We did have a few issues with our customised sizes because of the quantity of the order. one suit size got mixed up and was not designed to the custom size. Although because of the service Manaaya provided they were able to resolve the issue.

Delivery is quick and reliable.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Due to covid my wedding planning was pretty dynamic and constantly having to adjust. I was worried I would not get my dress in time but it arrived within a week and the fitting was perfect! I couldn't be happier. Response time to messages have been the best I have experienced.

I ordered my daughter’s wedding lehenga from Manaaya, this was our first order from them and I was a bit worried, especially since I wanted it customised to our requirement (e.g. fully lined sleeves, the back covered and longer blouse etc).
From the point of my initial enquiry to getting the lehenga delivered, the staff at Manaaya have been excellent! They were not only prompt with getting back to me, but also pointed out that I had got the measurement wrong - if they had just gone with my initial measurements the fitting would have been all wrong.
The lehenga itself is stunning, more beautiful than we had imagined it. The craft work, the stitching and fitting is all perfect.
It was made and delivered quicker than we had expected.
We will definitely be buying from them again.
