Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review.

We’re delighted to hear that you were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the 20oz Malpas Sirloin Steaks and that you found them succulent, flavoursome, and excellent value for money. A little fat on a sirloin is perfectly natural and plays an important role in delivering the flavour and juiciness that makes the cut so popular.

It’s also great to know that your order arrived promptly and that the packaging met your expectations.

We really appreciate your feedback and hope to have the pleasure of serving you again soon.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.

We’re very sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, particularly with one of our most popular steak offers.

We take feedback regarding both product quality and butchery standards very seriously. Whilst steak weights are supplied within the advertised weight ranges, we’re disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with both the appearance and flavour of the steaks you received.

Having reviewed our records, we cannot find any correspondence from you regarding these concerns. We always encourage customers to contact us directly if they have any issues with products they receive, as this gives us the opportunity to investigate, discuss the matter with our butchery team, review photographs where appropriate, and work towards a resolution. Unfortunately, without hearing from you directly, we were not given the opportunity to do so in this instance.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback and will ensure your comments regarding presentation, trimming, and flavour are passed on to our butchers for review.

We’re thrilled to hear that the BBQ pork chops have been such a hit. There’s nothing better than serving great food to friends and hearing their surprise at both the quality and value for money.

It’s also great to hear that they worked so well in the Ninja grill. They are a fantastic piece of kit aren't they! I have one, and I love it! Pork chops can be absolutely superb when cooked properly, and it sounds like you’ve got the method nailed.

We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your ribeye and found it nice and tender. A great ribeye should deliver plenty of flavour along with that beautiful tenderness, so it’s wonderful to know it hit the mark.

Thank you for your wonderful review.

We’re delighted to hear that you were pleased with both the service and communication. We know that when placing a larger order, confidence in both the products and the people behind them is just as important as the quality of the meat itself.

It’s fantastic to hear that the 500g steak made such a strong first impression. If the rest of the order follows suit, we’re hoping you’ll be more than chuffed by the time you’ve worked your way through it all.

Thank you again for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience. We hope every item in the box proves just as memorable as that first steak.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review. We’re delighted to hear that both tomahawk steaks were a hit when they were cooked both on the BBQ and over the open fire. They really are fantastic on an open fire aren't they!

It’s great to know our team were able to help with your questions prior to ordering too. The 35oz tomahawks really are incredible centrepiece steaks, and we’re thrilled they delivered on flavour and tenderness for your gathering.

We really appreciate your support and look forward to sending you some more for the next get together.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.

From time to time, like all retailers, we do unfortunately encounter items going out of stock unexpectedly. Whilst we appreciate this is frustrating, we did immediately process a refund for the unavailable items as soon as your order was dispatched.

In relation to the sirloin steaks, we are genuinely disappointed to hear your comments, as this is a product that receives enormously positive feedback from the vast majority of our customers. We would very much have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and try to resolve the issue for you. However, from what we can see, we haven’t received any direct contact regarding the steaks themselves.

We always encourage open dialogue with our customers because customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Whilst occasional issues can arise with any company, we are always very keen to investigate concerns and do everything we reasonably can to put matters right.

Thank you so much for such an incredible review and for placing such a substantial order with us. We’re absolutely delighted to hear that everything arrived in perfect condition and that you enjoyed the products so much.

It sounds like you put together an amazing feast there. The short bone tomahawks are always a real showstopper, but we’re especially pleased to hear the Chinese chicken thighs stole the show. They’ve become a huge favourite with so many of our customers.

We also really appreciate you mentioning the packaging and insulation. A great deal of care goes into making sure our parcels arrive in optimal condition, so it’s fantastic to hear the ice pack was still frozen on arrival.

Thank you again for your support. We look forward to sending you another order very soon, and we hope the dogs enjoyed the marrowbones too.
