1st couple of orders was good , last order awful , a lot water coming out of steaks , more like stewing steak rather than rump , taste was not as good at all .
Won’t be using again as spent a lot of money on 5kg of steaks and more on 3 occasions and quality went down hill

Failed to supply full order and when asked to resend missing item, no feedback after regular mails sent to customer support

Lack of communication by sub standard customer service results in no further orders from me and a refund request rather than reissue for my missing item

Excellent customer services excellent prices helps that they have what's app too highly recommended

Ordered a couple of times from them , my last order was 10 cotte de beuff 500g-600g for 115£, i recieved 6.7 kilos of delicious beef ,couldn't be more happier 😁

This is my 3rd order from freshman packs and everytime my order is spot on. The meat is so tender I've order the whole lamb again as it is first class. My order came on time delivered by dpdthe young guy Luke was perfect with the delivery. The beef pork chicken is superb definitely the place to fill up your freezer for a few weeks and I will definitely be back. Thanks again fresh meat packs for a brilliant meat order.

3 rd order with this company. The original order turned up on time but with 2 packs missing in era informed the company via email and all was rectified promptly with no fuss and included complementary products. Nice touch that. THANK YOU MEL. 5*****+

Meat is good, customer service poor, ordered a box for my dad, one large product had burst open covering other products in meat juice, emailed/called.
No follow up, very poor. Open product went in the bin.
Don’t waste your money!

Ordered 5kg ribeye and had a slight issue with the first order, when I contacted the company to explain the issue I was met with brilliant and professional customer service and a quick resolution and my whole order was replaced.
Great meat the second time around and very tasty steaks I definitely recommend this company.

This establishment is by far the best experience I have had in a farm shop. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable in the wide range of products, and nothing is too much trouble. The quality of the produce is exceptional. The tapas is our favourite weekend treat with a wide selection of flavours available. They even packed a selection for me for a weekend away wrapped and boxed with Icepacks for the journey and they maintained their quality and appreciated by everyone. I can no recommend them enough

Order recieved on time and also seems reasonable quality.
However.
Absolutely no customer service, no confirmation email, no response from any platform, order missing items and absolutely no point in letting them know because they won't even get back to you.
Has potential to be a great retailer if they take the time to sort their customer service out.

As usual the ribeye was 2nd to none tasty 😋

I ordered my first pack around a month ago, the pack was great value and had a lot of variety rather than just being chicken breasts. The meat was great quality and I had no issues with any of the produce being out of date. My only issue was the time for delivery. However the customer service is amazing, they get back to you super fast and I managed to secure a suitable delivery date with them. Would recommend for value, quality and customer service

I have ordered two deliveries from FMP, both were delivered on time as agreed, all meats were perfect, cut and prepacked as desired. Will use again and highly recommend them.

Ordered a nice big 6KG Rib of Beef for dry again, absolutely made up with it. Great quality and great delivery. Will definitely be ordering again.
