I did email and was told this was because I was in Ireland. I did select Ireland as my country at the start.

Customer service isn’t great either. Actually pretty much non existent.

Appalling customer service. Ordered 2 bras, one was correct size, the other wrong size which did not fit. I contacted customer service who advised I had to pay the £10 charge to return the wrong item sent!

Also tried to call them but french message with an 'au revoir' at the end and then call cut off!

They have sent me a label, let's see if the £10 cost is deducted from my refund.

Will shop in John Lewis the next time

Appalling customer service. I placed an order 10 days ago with express shipping. I have still not received a dispatch confirmation email and have sent three emails to their customer service team with still no reply. Having seen this brand stocked by John Lewis I assumed it was still reputable and am having doubts - unprofessional and sitting on my money!

It's a bit of a shame i use to stock this brand, and when they went bust some few years. I stop because the service was not great a bit un-real able leading up to the bust, now i thought things must be better with the new owners and the revamp. I contacted 3 times about seeing the collection, i spoke to Stephen the uk rep, every time i spoke to this man he stated he will come back to me regarding see the collection. This have never happen. I saw he at the Harrogate show, same thing he promise the lady that cover my area would come back to me this never happen almost six months later. These are the most unreal able people i have ever met in 16 years of business, as a small business this is not the customer service experience you want from a brand. As a small business you don't want to want your time wasted and be dis-respected like this. They either have problem with a small business or dealing with a woman, or a woman of colour. stay well clear of this company, they are lots of other great brands who will do a lot to get your business. Don't waste you time and energy with this brand rude bunch of people

I love that Maison Lejaby has recently revamped its look. This is great because the quality is so good and ideal if you have boobs. You get plenty of support with no digging in the briefs so your silhouette is just perfect. Some of the new colours and styles are stunning and I highly recommend this brand if you have a very feminine shape.

Renvoi de plusieurs articles mais Impossible sur le bon de retour d’ajouter l’un des articles. Je l’ajoute donc par écrit sur la feuille avec la référence etc..
1 semaine plus tard on m’indique que le
Remboursement est effectué mais ils n’ont pas pris en compte l’article ajouté !

Édit : j’ai été remboursée sans difficulté, le SAV est donc de bonne foi passé l’erreur initiale.

Service client inexistant.
Voilà 15 jours je commande un joli ensemble de gym. On m'indique que le stock est en train d'être renouvelé mais que ma commande devrait arriver d'ici une semaine. Depuis ma commande est bloquée en mode "pré-commande" alors que le site indique désormais que le stock a été renouvelé et que l'on peut recevoir ces articles sous deux jours. Un premier message au service client n'a pas fait bouger les choses. Un second message de ma part menaçant de faire part de mon mécontentement sur internet m'a appris que ma commande était effectivement bloquée et qu'ils faisaient leur possible et reviendraient vers moi très vite. Cela fait plus de 48h... Je suis très déçue...
