Very helpful to follow up your emails, and mostly very practical for signatures

Mailbutler makes it so easy to see who has received and operd emails I send, a very helpful service.

This is a great email service. I love it.

The reason I love Mailbutler is two fold. I LOVE being able to schedule my emails. I've strict rules about when I'm available for my clients to get in touch, which doesn't include evenings or weekends. That being said, I'll compose some emails in the evenings so that when my working day begins I can concentrate on doing what I do best. By scheduling my emails for 09:00 each morning my clients never hear from me out of working hours, meaning expectations of availability remain consistent.

Also I LOVE the link click alerts! Given that we create and share proposals via private pages on our website it's great to know when a client has clicked the link to review their proposal. It means we always call to check in with them shortly after they've clicked the link when it's fresh in their minds.

All in all Mailbutler helps us work effectively and win more business through timely communication with our clients and leads.

Mailbutler is an excellent piece of software that works seamlessly with Apple Mail. I now struggle to imagine email communication without it. The snooze function and email tracking have become invaluable tools that I utilize daily. Highly recommended.

I use Mail Butler with Apple mail. Together Apple Mail & Mail Butler make up a powerful communications and activities management tool. I use lots of applications in my business, but nothing is more important than good communication. Having the ability to communicate though Apple Mail then be reassured through Mail Butler that the recipient has received read and acted on the message is a key success factor for getting things done.

Mailbutler is a significant improvement in managing mail services. I use Mac mail and it integrates seamlessly. The features are amazing.

A very useful little app.
I have been using it for the last 3 years and now it would be difficult to use Mail without it.

And honestly, I did try: I installed a competing app that only works in Gmail but the truth is, I am so used to Apple Mail that I couldn’t switch to Gmail.

Mailbutler is very useful to me to stay on top of the most important messages I sent: I know exactly when the other person has read it (or if he hasn’t). If I am not at the computer, I can use their app in my iPhone.

Ich nutze Mailbutler schon einige Jahre und finde das Addon sehr nützlich: vor allem nutze ich das "später senden", die Wiedervorlage und die Benachrichtung, wenn der Empfänger die Mail öffnet. Im beruflichen Kontext sind das wichtige Features, die von der Apple Mail App leider nicht bereitgestellt werden.

This plugin will finally make your Apple Mail as competent in features with the rest of the commercial private email clients out there. I'm a very privacy focused user so I was researching for very privacy focused email clients. My advice is not to use freemium email clients like spark or premium ones like edision, newton, etc. They store your data on their servers. From my research I found Canary mail to be the best privacy focused email client but NOTHING, and I repeat n-o-t-h-i-n-g can come closer to Apple Mail when it comes to privacy and security. But Canary Mail was very close. But my dilemma was that Apple Mail felt like 90s. Can you relate to me? I then started searching again, this time, for Apple Mail extensions and found Mailbutler. It brings all the commercial features I need responsively in a secure privacy focused way in Apple Mail. So this is what I use now. This is not a full in-depth review of Mailbutler but I hope it helped you a bit on making a decision.

The Plugin for Apple Mail is absolutely great and helps me to plan my mails. Moreover the support team is very friendly and helpful. I absolutely can recommend using Mailbutler!

It's already 5 years I'm using Mailbutler everyday for my personnal and proffessionnal use.
Now, with this app, I have it in My iphone, it's so useful. I can't miss it !
