I love the tracking function. The support is excellent. I have the professional version. I am not really a business, or my business is me alone. My one complaint is that you have to upgrade to the expensive business version if you want to know who exactly within a group of recipients has opened the message. If that funtion were included, I would consider MailButler perfect for me.

Absolute Katastrophe die App. Installiert und seitdem geht das Mailprogramm gar nicht. Auch der Support von Mailbutler bringt rein gar nichts. Absolut abzuraten. Von der Zeit, die Nerven gar nicht die Rede. Ich kann nur davon abraten.

Mailbutler is not just an efficient way of working, it's a courteous way too. After all, what's the point in calling someone if you know they haven't yet had the opportunity to read your email. Outstandingly useful, and elegant too!

I have used Mailbutler for about 10 months now and after a few bumps in the road, it works as it should. I use it for the "send-later" feature. I send out several groups of emails daily and this works well.

I find the features of Mailbutler to be invaluable in my work life. And I don't use nearly half of what it does.
The two features I find most useful are being able too see when an email has been opened and being able to stop an email from being sent.

Just those extra few seconds often encourage me to double check that I haven't left in any typos of things I should remove to make my communications better.

I really needed a solution to make notes and add tasks to emails and when I discovered Mailbutler it seemed to do the trick! The fact that it integrates with Todoist helped as well! You can also create multiple signatures and email templates to help you save time when constructing emails! I've contacted support as well, and they have been very helpful and prompt! I would recommend Mailbutler!

The customer service is SUPERB - and so is this little app!

When I wanted to demo the app using the free trial, I somehow couldn't get it to work on my (admittedly fairly old) Macbook.
I emailed customer service, and got a near-instant reply. In next to no time they were on it, did some troubleshooting and walked me through the process... and voilà: It worked...
Damn, do I love this plugin!

The tedious process of maintaining and updating my contacts in the contacts app is now a thing of the past!

Mailbutler helps me close the gazillion of open tabs that were meant to serve as a reminder - both in my mind as well as in my browser.

This little but mighty app is the key to my newfound focus, upleveled workflow, and effortless efficiency! (If any app can help me accomplish mission Inbox Zero, it's gotta be THIS ONE!)

I have recommended it to several of my colleagues already and will continue to do so.

I have used Mailbutler since it was launched. I use it with my Apple Mail. It integrates seamlessly and always updates without a hitch.

Love this app. Cannot recommend more. I have looked for others, but the Pro is still the best.

Very good service for making my mailbox smarter. There is one thing, though, leaving the service short of 5 stars.

Showing features that my subscription does not cover (just to highlight I don't have them) sadly makes the user experience worse.

This is great way to track my emails. An option that every Apple Mail must have.

Mail Butler is a fantastic tool that I primarily use to check if when my emails are read but the other features such as follow up are also really helpful.

A real help for any business. A must-have tool for any company that provide useful features to your email client. I love the send later feature!
