My experience with Mailboxixchange was one that you rarely find with retail transactions in today's world of business. The products were well described and the prices were competitive. Additionally, I received a prompt invoice and was greeted with a helpful staff member when I called in to ask a question about my order. I felt that my transaction with Mailboxixchange was priority and will highly recommend their website to my family and friends.

My order was on back order. I had to call to find out.
I placed an order and 2 weeks later i had not received the shipment. I had to call to find out it was on back order. I found the site was good for shopping. I would have liked an email to notify me of back order and expected delivery date.

I called the 800 number to ask where my mailbox is and the rep could not tell me even though I had an order number. Next she said she was going to send me an e-mail with the information and never did. I still don;t know where my mail box is.

Very difficult to deal with this online company.
I had ordered a mailbox pedestal from Mailboxixchange. when it arrived I realized it was the wrong size. I sent it back via UPS and was charged a 20% restocking fee. I didn't mind that as much as the length of time it took to get confirmation that they had received the part and get a refund so that I could order the correct one. I called on several occasions only to be told they would check into it and get back to me. Finally after over 2 months of frustration I contacted someone that was willing to give me customer service and get the refund processed. I will never use this company again.
