The order process was simple and easy to navigate. I do recommend reading through the entire product description as one area stated the mailbox was in-stock and a separate area stated an expected back-order ship date. Other than that small area of confusion, it was a simple process. We received a great quality mailbox in the time frame expected - at a great price. Very easy transaction.

The mailbox and post was received as a Christmas gift.
It was very easy and quick to install. The longest segment of the installation was waiting for the concrete to cure for the post.
Just wish the hardware to mount the mailbox was included.

I can not rate this company yet I ordered 2 cluster boxes said in-stock 1-2 days shipping that was January 20,2012 they told me it would be 3-5 weeks before shipping. If it is 1-2 days shipping it needs to ship 1-2 days. The lady that took the order was very nice and patient with me while walking me thru the order. I will rate the company after I receive the boxes. Cant wait for them neither can the postman. Thanks Bob #86735

I didn't give the company an excellent rating because the anchor bolts sent with the order did not match the instructions, which described the installation to a depth of 5/8 inch. The bolts sent was not anything like that. Otherwise the order shipping timing was very satisfactory.

I placed my order online. I received emails promptly saying the order was processed and then that it was shipped. I was given a tracking number and an estimated date of arrival. My mailbox was was delivered on the date they said it would be delivered. Love the mailbox and so does my mailman!

I placed an order for an in-stock item. Website states item ships 1-2 business days. It is a week later and I had to call to inquire. Sales rep did not have tracking information (because item has not shipped) and had to email me back the next day with shipping information because items are shipping from a third party. I am told it will ship today. I cannot yet rate product.

I can only rate what has transpired to date. I ordered my mailbox one week ago and was offered free shipping. No other shipping option was available. If one had been available I would have paid for express shipping. With that said I have received an order confirmation and nothing else. No updates, no shipping notification. The mailbox I ordered was listed as being in stock so there should be no delay. The 18th of January is the end of the 5-7 business day delivery promise and I gave the benefit of the doubt for the MLK holiday. I am hoping to receive the product by this date. But my complaint to this point is a lack of communication, especially when you are paying over 200 dollars for their product.

Ordered and payed for 12 unit CBU on December 21st and didn't get a confirmation email, a shipping tracking number, or any other correspondence till I called them on January 4th. Then I was told they didn't have any information about the status of my order. I was assured they would call the distributor or warehouse and send me an email with info later that same day or the very next at the latest. After not hearing anything I called again the 6th were they still didn't have any info but did find out soon after and called sent a conformation email. Product was delivered the next day and the CBU is very good and works perfectly.

Easy to work with. I bought a mailbox and found it to be one my wife didn't want. They allowed me to return it but I decided not to and gave it to a friend that needed a great gift (she loved it). Will use them again if I need another mailbox.

I placed my order on December 11 & still have not received my mailbox. It is January 2nd. I have received absolutely zero communication as to the status of my order. Very disappointed & will not order again.

I ordered this mailbox by phone as was very impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the representative. The box is exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier.

Ordered & received in just over a week. This is December so I was thrilled! Did have to get different screws as quality of screws was poor. But the mailbox is great!

Ordered a mailbox last week for my daughter and her husband's new house. They actually were able to get it to me in plenty of time during the busiest time of the year!!! Recommend all give them a visit.
