Nu verschillende malen contact gehad met de vertegenwoordiging in Middelburg. Twee keer de mededeling gehad, we bellen u straks terug. Tot op heden nog niet teruggebeld. Zeer vreemde gang van zaken, heb er een slecht gevoel bij, zo ga je normaal gesproken niet met een klant om.

Ho acquistato 2 maglioni di cachemire e 1 in yak. Sono morbidi belli e di altissima qualità. La scelta è molto ampia ed il servizio clienti è eccezionale. Ho avuto alcune domande sulla scelta dei miei maglioni ed il servizio clienti, che risponde prontamente per mail o sul numero di cellulare indicato sul sito, è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente un sito da tenere d'occhio per chi cerca maglioni di cachemire straordinari e un servizio clienti di prim'ordine.

Excellent quality cashmere at a reasonable price, a style which was hard to find elsewhere. Also excellent customer service, pleasant and easy to deal with, trustworthy. They resolved an issue with the delivery quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.

Prachtige juweeltjes van truien. Ik vind de natuurlijke kleuren erg mooi. Ben wel benieuwd of het geschoren of gekamde cashmere is. Dat kon ik niet op de website terugvinden. Dat zou extra helpen te bepalen in hoeverre de cashmere duurzaam verkregen is. Communicatie/verzending is niet supersnel maar netjes en accuraat. Goed verpakt in keurige doos. Heb de truien te kort in bezit om te weten in hoeverre ze gaan 'pillen'. Met de huidige energiemarkt fijn om comfortabele truien te hebben waarmee de thermostaat lager kan.

I made 2 orders from them in December 2022 (not that it should make a difference, but the total bill was quite sizeable). One item was faulty and it is now August 2023 the saga has just come to an end. Not happily for me sadly: I had been promised a refund after months of being promised my repaired item was going to be dispatched soon. Instead I was sent a replacement…except it is a lesser quality jumper I had originally ordered and it is not the same colour. Gracious staff over the phone, zero results!! I can’t stress enough how unreliable this company is PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Apart from the incredibly bad service the actual cashmere is not very good. Do not be tempted, as I was, by the fact the carry high ply cashmere, it’s not good quality no matter how thick. I never write reviews but this company has made me so angry I simply have to tell others to avoid making a mistake.
