Je suis vraiment déçue de cette compagnie. Premièrement les cils ne sont pas du tout fabriqués en France, ils viennent de Chine. Les délais de livraison ne sont pas respectés. Lors de ma première commande, les cils ont mis deux mois à arriver et je les ai enfin reçu parce que j’ai envoyé un message au service client qui s’est en fait rendu compte que ma commande était coincé à la douane. Donc si j’avais rien envoyé, ils auraient jamais remarqué qu’il y avait un problème quoi. Cette commande arrive et les deux paires de faux cils étaient défectueuses. Déjà de base je voulais qu’une paire mais l’algorithme m’avait mis deux paires, quand j’ai demandé au service client s’il était possible d’annuler ma commande, ils ont ignoré mon mail... Même pas une réponse négative on m’a donné et comme par hasard le seul mail qu’ils ont ignoré de ma part d’ailleurs. Une des paires arrive avec l’aimant qui se décolle sur l’un des cils et sur l’autre paire l’un des cils ne l’avait carrément pas l’aimant quoi donc inutilisables. Je contacte à nouveau le service client qui m’envoie une paire de mon choix, je choisis une paire avec le eye-liner magnifique pour voir si ces derniers sont meilleurs et laissez tomber... l’eye-liner est tellement liquide qu’il est juste horrible à appliquer et encore si vous avez de la chance il coulera pas dans votre œil parce que je peux vous dire que non seulement ça brûle comme en plus ça vous rend l’œil tout noir... va nettoyer ça quoi. Bref je conseille absolument pas, c’est encore une arnaque.

La société magnetic sl ne respecte pas les conditions de traitement de commande ni de livraison. Sur le site il est indiqué un traitement de commande en 24h et une expédition entre 3 et 5 jours, c'est mensonger. J'ai passé commande le 28 juillet ma commande n'est toujours pas expédiée nous sommes le 6 août. Bien lire les avis sur internet et Facebook. Tout est mensonger. Les faux cils sont fabriqués en Chine et non en France.

Ils sont faciles à appliquer. Ils "paraissent" de qualité. À voir sur le long terme...
Dommage que la société Magnetic sl ne soit pas plus performante au niveau de la gestion des commandes (expédition, suivi des cdes etc...).
Concernant les faux-cils j'ai choisi le kit naturel et œil de biche. Si je n'avais pas eu temps de difficulté à recevoir ma commande je repasserai commande pour un kit russe extrême mais je vais m'abstenir.

Je retire une etoile, car au bout d'une utilisation l'aimant du cil est resté collé sur le support.
N'achetez surtout pas . C'est une escroquerie. La fabrication n'est pas Française.

Magnetic SL has the best customer service. They make it right until your happy.

I ordered from this company on May 5, 2020 and have not yet received my order, I sent them a email demanding a refund (my credit card was charged on the day of my order) and they replied that once I receive my order then send it back and only then will they refund me so if I never receive it I will never get a refund, be careful with this company don't order from them.

I ordered from this company on May 9. It is now August 2!! I have received NOTHING but they sure took my money quickly on May 9! They don’t respond to emails and delete my comments on IG. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY.

Took a little bit longer than it has to arrive but that’s okay since I love the product 😍 I swear you’re gonna love them 😁

Magnetic SL is very awesome, one of the tiny magnets actually fell off the eyelash which essentially wouldn’t work to its full description. I informed them and they went ahead and sent me another one I’m very excited and greatful for the great customer service !

I’m surprised Trustpilot is allowing all these fake reviews to be posted.. I have left previous reviews on this company and the experience I’ve. I’d bet my last dollar that the “4-5 star reviews” are all scams. Cmon trust pilot.

Wow reading the real reviews...not the ones with emojies all over them...i actually am gling through the EXACT SAME ISSUES! THEY ARE A SCAM! I actually thought I write the one review because it was exactly what happened to me!! So many emails so many automated responses and tracking numbers that DONT WORK. I hace requested refunds many times!! Ugh so MAD!!

I have never written a review in my life on a product but in an effort to save you time and money....DO NOT ORDER. The company has no inventory. I NEVER RECEIVED THE LASHES and after 8 weeks I had to give up and request a charge back from my credit card company.

Notice how the good reviews are generic users with 1 review. Fake!

These are horrible! I purchased the Kourtney lashes a d they are uncomfortable, look cheap and fake, and the directions they send are not even in English! Horrible customer service as well. They also do not post any reviews that are negative or have low stars which is misleading and dishonest. DO NOT buy from here

🚨 SCAM ALERT🚨
It’s been over 3months and after multiple messages and 3 emails from them stating my packages have been lost and that they have sent a new package Each time I have still not received my orders. They even sent me 3 tracking numbers that did not work!
There are so many people that have been scammed by this company that there are multiple pages on fb for people who have been scammed by them.
I am a mother of 5 and I don’t like to spend money on myself but I decided I would treat myself for my birthday so I ordered from this company. I feel foolish and guilty that I wasted all that money on nothing. But I don’t want any other mothers to feel like this. Please research before you buy from this company!

Just awful, took 3 months to receive product after many emails / fake tracking numbers etc. Awful customer service, when finally received product you can tell cheaply made - awful chemical smell and super weak. I threw directly in garbage because they won’t refund you if you bought it on the kardashian ad...check out the scam groups on fb.
