Worst experience ever. Ordered in June which took 3 weeks to come which wasn’t too bad but the product was damaged. Contacted the company straight back and sent pictures of broken item. After 18 emails between us I have now been advised to stop messaging as this will prolong my replacement. This has been over a month since I requested a replacement and over a week and a half since I asked for a refund instead. Of the 18 messages 4 of them were the same response from them asking for my order number and type of lashes, to which I responded to all. Total poor company with worst quality product, flimsy lashes. Will never buy from again

Scammers!!! Run, Run, Run! Worst customer service experience.
I placed order, but after clicking submit I changed my mind and send request to cancel my order. Instead off canceling order they shipped package after 24 hours. Why I need to pay for shipping there stuff back and putting my money on hold, that was wrong.

Love these lashes. The customer service was excellent. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I sent an email and got a quick response. I sent as much information I could regarding authenticity of proof of purchase and postal service information and right away a new package was delivered to me. Very quick shipping. I will recommend the product and customer service.

I ordered my lashes APRIL and just now received in JULY. Customer Service is a joke, after so many orders weren't getting filled and customers started to investigate the company quickly started doing damage control like the alert states on this site "this company has been reporting reviews in a biased way, for example by systematically reporting all or most negative reviews and/or repeatedly reporting reviews that don’t contravene our User Guidelines. This type of reporting behavior breaches Trustpilot’s Company Guidelines." After receiving emails and seeing posts about product stuck in customs (Paris France) I finally got a fake tracking number stating my item was in Chicago dated a couple days after my order was placed. Once I received my package the return address states a date of July 3, 2020 with a return address of KIM 188 S. Mountain House Pkwy Tracy California 95377 - Amazon fulfillment center! 3 months to get a product "stuck in customs" from CALIFORNIA. I sent a DM to Instagram account after they popped back up and they responded very annoyed saying they were the marketing team and count help with my problem. This company is JOKE! Not worth the hassle.

Product - The magnetic liner was so easy to put on and the lashes look great. It is so amazing to not have to fuss with glue ever again or book appointments at a lash house given the current situation today.
Customer Service - Compassionate, professional, courteous with swift results provided. Emily is especially a gem.

J'ai commandé le 8 avril 2020. En date du 15 juillet 2020 je n'ai toujours eu aucune livraison du colis. Le numéro de suivi du colis est erroné. Quand j'essaie de rejoindre le service à la clientèle, il me reponde avec des messages préfaits sans pouvoir me donner une preuve que mon colis est bien en chemin. Je les ai contacté via email/Facebook et Instagram... Aucun remboursement ne me sera fait temps et aussi longtemps que je n'aurai pas reçu ma commande, mais ils ne sont même pas capable de me fournir un numéro de suivi qui fonctionne.

J'ai également fait des avis négatifs sous des publications qu'ils ont supprimé immédiatement et ils m'ont aussi bloqué de facebook.

Je ne suis pas la seule dans cette situation. Nous sommes un groupe de presque 700 personnes sur Facebook à dénoncer cette compagnie. Allez voir!

La seule étoile est pour leur effort à arnaquer les gens et à supprimer tous les commentaires.
