Excellent service - I recently had an operation and after 10 days recuperating I needed to get myself and my car from Oxford to home in Hertfordshire. Very careful driver. Excellent.

Excellent experience
Had the best experience with Raj. After deciding to drink we couldn’t leave our car where it was parked overnight so found Luxian online and (easily) booked a driver to get us and our car home later that evening. He met us on time and drove the car professionally and safely. This service is such a good idea, I have told all my friends and would definitely use them again.

I needed to get my boss's car from…
I needed to get my boss's car from north to south London at short notice. Raj was able to do this for me efficiently and promptly. I would definitely recommend Luxian of London.

A great service
Last min impromptu drinks with friends in London meant I couldn't drive home. Thankfully Raj provides a great service and rescued me and drove me and my Tesla safely home.

Excellent service! Does exactly what they say they'll do :)
I booked a driver to drive me home in my car last night after a party. The driver (who was a lovely gentleman) met me where I parked my car and drove me home safe and sound. I will be recommending this really useful service to my friends and family x

Gave a quote from Ascot to Reading for Royal Ascot (Driver to Drive our vehicle) £70.10, I confirmed and all was good.
Today I get an email to tell me the rate is now £135.00 (Because they get busy)
Unethical and dishonest, avoid.

As mentioned to you both by email and on our website, the price on our online enquiry form is exclusively for journeys within London.
An amended quote is sent to every customer who makes a DMC enquiry outside of London which they can choose to accept or decline.
Bookings are only confirmed once a deposit payment is made, therefore your booking was never confirmed, nor was any contact made with yourself to say it was.
As with virtually all cab and driver services, rates change throughout the year for various reasons, we simply prefer to let our customers know what the reasons are.
We hope this clarifies why you were sent an amended quote.
We have been serving our customers with honesty, integrity and transparency for years (hence our previous reviews) and we apologise if the information on our website was not clear enough for you.
This is a terrific service
This is a terrific service. Easy to arrange our ride, and pay a deposit on the phone. Our driver, Raj, was bang on time, quiet, dignified and classy, and got us and our dog and the car safely and quickly home after a Burns night celebration. Highly recommended.

The best in the business
By far an excellent and personable service which went above and beyond. I have used quite a few chauffeurs in London and this is by the far the greatest. I will 100% recommend to family and friends.

Over the top service
Over the top service - extremely helpful and obliging . Sorting out my car in my absence to take it for service and staying fir 3 hours awaitig AA breakdown when the car became immobilised which was not part of the job . Very polite informative and helpful .
