good and bad
I bought two pairs of Lunar St. Ives shoes. One pair is in dark blue and I am very pleased with them. They are very comfortable.
Unfortunately the second pair in leopard skin do not fit, although they are the same size 6. The leather is not soft as in the navy blue pair and they are very wide and uncomfortable. I am returning this pair for a refund.

Odpowiedź od Lunar Shoes
We’re very sorry that the shoes inside the box were a different size from the size shown on the label. This appears to have been a mispacking error at the factory, and we completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the correct size had sold out by the time the issue was discovered.
Your refund was processed on 27 August. Please accept our sincere apologies for the error and inconvenience caused.

How have I never heard of Lunar Shoes before ?
I am so thrilled to have found this company in a shop in Watchet and can't believe I've never come across them before. Sandals I ordered are fabulous, arrived in a few days. They are comfortable, well made and unique in design. I already have an ankle boot in my basket ready for winter.

My third pair
I have bought 2 pairs (different colours) previously from a local retailer. However, currently I am unable to drive so ordered direct from you. Same great quality and such soft leather.
