Receiving a personal email from a sales rep was nice-- but a bit over the top for a $65- order. Personal attention like that is expensive. When my order had issues, I was glad to have a contact person to deal with. I called her, she answered her phone, and we had a real conversation. That was very wonderful. When I received subsequent emails about the same issue I found it a real waste of time. .. I already had this conversation with a person! Didn't she make note of it? Don't the departments communicate with each other? The whole thing became way more than it needed to be. Your products are great, your customer service was complicated and confusing.

I love my candle holders. I had ordered a bunch for my wedding. When one of my boxes had broken votives they shipped me out another set right away. Great products and service!

The paper parasols I ordered for my wedding are stunning and beautifully constructed. The colours are so pretty as well. The rose quartz colour is not exactly what I expected, it comes off a little baby pink bit with them hanging I'm hoping it won't be noticeable.
Shipping was fast and they were packaged with care.

I was very happy with the paper lanterns, LED lights, and table runner I ordered. I appreciated being notified when the color of one of the items was back-ordered and having the opportunity to choose another.

The product I ordered I had sent to a friend. It was not necessarily your company's fault....but I was notified it shipped, but she didn't receive it when it said it arrived and that caused me concern. Not a good feeling when you've paid for something and have no idea whether it's arrived.

I ordered the rhinestone snowflakes that were described as heirloom quality. They were terrible! They looked like something bought from the dollar store. The stones were loose, didn't fit the settings, and were dull. Total garbage! I was really looking forward to them too, very disappointed!

It's great to have lantern lights you can hang and control by remote.

Just be SURE you know you are getting the remote that goes with your type of lights. I thought I had, but got the wrong kind and am now out the money since I opened them and also don't want to spend money to send them back.

It would be nice if the warehouse or sales persons would contact you when they see you are ordering lights and remotes that don't work together and let you know before shipping, thus avoiding this problem.

Great unique product, great prices and always shipped to me as expected. I work in the wedding industry so all three aspects makes my job all the more easier.

Love these small vases, they are perfect for the baby shower I have planned. Delivery was quick, with a small hiccup from USPS but here on time. I would use Luna again
