Exceptional Service and Delivery
Service was truly exceptional from start to finish. The delivery was prompt and handled with a true white-glove experience, making everything seamless and stress-free. Justice and Andres were incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient—the installation was completed quickly without sacrificing attention to detail. I absolutely love the couch and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommend!

Aaron and Juve were exceptional. They were very friendly, and the delivery was seamless and quick. They delivered an armless seat which we added to our existing two seater with chaise, helped us adjust the couch with creative solutions, steamed the couch, and showed me how to access the storage seat and put the cushion fills in our cushions. First time ordering a couch from 7th avenue and my experience with the complimentary white glove service was fantastic. Ivan & Juve were very quick, communicative & polite. They ensured that everything was taken care of and even went above and beyond to steam the fabrics. Their experience and care is appreciated. Amazing White Glove Service — Worth Every Penny!
We just had the white glove delivery and setup for our 2-seat sectional couch, and the experience was absolutely seamless from start to finish. Andres and Diego handled everything — we didn't have to lift a finger.
They were super friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Before getting started, they asked how we wanted the sofa positioned and made sure they understood our preferences. They ironed the fabric, carefully set everything up, and even broke down all the packaging and took the clutter with them when they left. They checked in with us along the way to make sure we were completely happy with the installation.
The whole experience was completely hassle-free. I would highly recommend the white glove service to anyone — the amount of time you get back and the stress you avoid is TOTALLY worth it. Andres and Diego were fantastic!

Great customer service and product
Shay (from the support team) and Jesse (from SF/Roseville) were extremely helpful and gave great insights and were very friendly and easy to work with, I had a lot of questions and they were patient and explained in great detail everything. My wife wanted to add an additional storage option to one of the seats and they made that a seamless process for me.

Alex and Samuel were fantastic and completely professional. They arrived as promised and were prompt and courteous. Most importantly they were able to put together the couch in a very reasonable amount of time — and cleaned up all the packaging. They also explained how to add stuffing and how the couch is attached. I was very happy with their work.

Aaron and Rusty delivered the couch in speedy fashion. Their white glove service was impeccable and they didn’t leave a single box after the couch was set up. Nick’s top tier service at the West Hollywood location made us feel like we were making a great choice going with 7th Avenue. And now judging by how comfortable our new couch is, we are so happy we chose 7th Avenue!!!

Chris and Camilo were extremely professional, kind and efficient while they put the couch together. They were happy and willing to move it to see where it fit the room best. They also explained to me how to take the covers off/on and how to clean it. They were wonderful and the couch looks great.
