I'm really impressed with the lovely, quality products from this local company. One disappointment was with customer service - I was about $5 short of free shipping and asked for an "exception." The customer service rep said "No, sorry." That's really disappointing that she wasn't open to making an exception over $5.

I had searched MANY websites trying to find rose gold mercury glass candle votives and Luna Bazaar had exactly what I was looking for! They had a beautiful collection of different shapes and sizes which we were also hoping to find. I ordered 8 sets of 6 of this collection and 5 were broken when they arrived. They were packaged well but could not handle the brutal holiday shipping and handling. After contacting a concerned but cheerful LB representative they graciously sent me an entire box of six to replace the 5 that were broken and I am happy that they all made it safely this trip! This company is on American soil and I will gladly order from them again! Thank you Luna Bazaar for a beautiful product and great customer service!

The candle holders I purchased are lovely. I bought them as gifts. I would recommend this site and plan to do a bit of shopping, for me, after the holidays. So glad to have found the site. Rebecca

I ordered 3 orange lotus candle holders, and they are absolutely beautiful! They're a little smaller than I imagined (the image makes them seem a bit bigger), but the quality is awesome and they look lovely in our purple/orange-accented bedroom! I will definitely remember to look here the next time I am searching for accent pieces.

The glass mercury candlestick came very quickly and was just as described. It is very nice.

I paid all the money and got nothing. I was told by Luna Bazaar to "call the post office." I've tried this multiple times and it's impossible to get anywhere. They have offered absolutely no help since then. Now I suppose I'll just have to dispute the charge on my credit card since i'm out of options.

My order of Mercury Glass ornaments surpassed my expectations - not only were they beautiful and very high quality, but they came very well packaged. My intentions were to hand deliver these to a family member that lives 3 hours away, but they were so securely packed that I simply put them back into their original packaging and sent it on to them, saving me a lengthy trip. Thank you for a great purchasing experience - I will be returning to your site for future purchases with no reservations!

Thought I was getting a great deal when I found this site. Prices were decent compared to others but was not the happiest when my package came I had to pay an extra $20 at the door. I order from all over the world and this has not happened to me before so I wasn't very pleased.
