Easy to return when I decided the product was not what I wanted after all.

Unfortunately Lumie, I have to say you totally failed to meet this Customer's needs on this occasion.
Having just bought two new tubes online from Lumie for my SAD lamp early in December 2023, I unexpectedly had to put in another order just before Christmas. Couple of days before Christmas, my young kitten managed to leap up onto the dining table, got himself tangled in the wires of my LUMIE SAD LAMP and pulled the whole thing off the table!! This caused front plastic protective case on the lamp to become detached and the impact caused one of the lamp's tube to be totally shattered - sending tiny fragments 'flying' everywhere!!
My lamp is such a Godsend through the dark, cold days of Winter - effectively keeping very low moods from overwhelming me.
I was really disappointed to discover LUMIE had completely shut down over Festive period - so it would be at least 3rd January 2024 before anyone even looked at my order. Come on LUMIE - I find this to be a very poor service for a company like yourselves who pride themselves in selling products to assist people's health & wellbeing. I rely so much on my Arabica SAD lamp - I'm sure many other people are the same.
Surely you can at least allow a company such as John Lewis, where I purchased my lamp several years ago, to sell replacement tubes to your customers??!! At least they never let their Customers down by CLOSING for lengthy periods of time. Likewise courier companies & Royal Mail still work over Festive period. I work for the Scottish NHS - reliably providing care 365 days every year to meet the needs & wellbeing of our patients!!

Really love my Lumie light. Works really well.

I have to say I was hesitant when I thought about spending nearly £200 on an alarm clock (I think I share that feeling with a lot of people) but… i can honestly say, it’s changed my mornings to be a much brighter, happier way to wake up into the dark mornings. Not only have I learned to HATE my standard alarm but I also really struggle in winter months. This alarm clock means I can wake up in peace with ‘natural’ light and I wouldn’t say I look forward to the morning- but I’m nearly there. It’s a god send and I wouldn’t be without mine now.

General operation is fine and it does what it says. The only problem is the controls too easy to over lap and impossible in the dark as no form of back light.

Right size, does the job, delivery bang on. Great all round.

I ordered a spare part online for an older lamp. Delivered quickly and packaged well.

I received the product in the time mentioned. The packaging was very good as was the quality of the product.

When I bought the S.A.D lamp I didn´t expect that it would cure my depression. I expected that it would give a ray of light during the grey, cloudy winter days.
The lamp gives a light of 20.000 lux. It is a lovely companion during the long hours that I spend at home, especially in the kitchen. I don´t spend only 30 minutes near it in the morning. I keep it on, at a longer distance and it gives some cheerful brightness in the environment which helps keep my mood steady.

I bought this for my daughter as a Christmas present and she says it has transformed her morning.
The light slowly takes her room from pitch black to morning light and allows her to move from sleep to awake faster and feeling much better.

I have used Lumie lights for some years. This winter I needed to replace my lamp and was very relieved by the prompt delivery. Can highly recommend this product for helping control symptoms of SAD.

Rather than waiting for delivery, I wanted to collect a lamp. I talked to a sales person at Lumie who explained the quick, easy process. When I arrived and rang the bell she brought the lamp to the door. Perfect.

Great product. Good sleep, better waking up.

It was easy to order the Lumie alarm clock and Lumie light on the website. Delivery was quick and the items arrived well packaged.
Both products seem to be helping and they feel as though they are giving us a bit more energy. We feel more awake and the alarm clock light helps my daughter to wind down at night.

I orderd two Lumie light bulbs and two light bulbs arrived, in good time. Thanks.

Achat initial en FM, changé pour DAB.
Livraison dans les délais annoncés. Retour facile, léger délai du fait des fêtes. Aucun souci par la suite, très bonne réactivité du service client.

When our Lumie arrived the background light did not work. We tried to phone using the given contact number but a pre-recorded message told us to email the company. We did this but did not get a reply...so ourckamp is still not working 100%
