Changed my life. I have so much more energy and positivity now since using two Lumie lights. If you think you may have SAD it is worth at least a try.

Had previous model for years and loved it but wanted to upgrade to include Bluetooth and DAB radio. So happy with it . The sunset and sunrise settings are really relaxing and waking up to the sound of birdsong really sets you up for the day .

- Pros: light is brightest available. Great for reading. Good speaker. Clock is perfectly dim in the dark.
- Cons: FM reception is rubbish. No USB (no shuffle function even if there was. Nobody wants to wake up to the same song every day). Bluetooth has to be manually connected nearly every time. Tap to snooze not working so far. Biggest gripe is that if I have the light lower than max, the sunset is too fast. If I want a 40 minute sunset, then I want it from the level I currently have it, not in 15 minutes.

All that said, it's been a life changer and I'm giving it 5 stars because it really does make a difference. Despite the expense, I've ordered the 750DAB to fix the FM reception problem, and am gifting this one to a friend who also struggles with waking up abruptly.

I really like my new Lumie Bodyclock glow 150. I bought it for the gradual wake up light, which works great, but I have also found myself really enjoying the dimming sunset feature as well, which I have been using with the sleep background sounds.

Bought the light, I thought it didn't really emulate natural daylight, it was more like gradually putting my bedsight light on. So not for me, but my son liked it when he tried it so we've kept it.

It helps me wakeup faster! It is truly a great investment.

Absolutely delighted with my sunrise lamp from Lumie. This has helped me set a much better sleep habit and the gradual process of waking up means that I actually get up when my alarm goes off now. Great product and speedy delivery as well

Did some research on similar products and checked out videos and reviews. Pleased with the purchase. The product was delivered very quickly. Easy to follow instructions to set up.

The alarm clock and light was packaged nicely. The instructions are easy to follow. I really love the sundown feature and use the alarm everyday (radio and gradual sunrise).

It's a great bright light for getting work done, it does take a little getting used too but very awesome for them wintery dark day

Fiddly little buttons. Very complicated. Never knew whether I was turning the radio or the light on. Twice managed to switch the alarm off. A shame really as the I loved being woken by the light. Sent it back.

I was advised to get one of these lights by my GP as I suffer with SADS. My symptoms have definitely improved. I tend to use the light in the evenings when I am sitting watching tv. Gives a nice light to the room.

I bought this for my son in law, as he has problems sleeping. He has been very pleased with it.
