LuluCartoons Custom Art Recenzje

Update:

I finally heard back from a manager from this company and they worked with me to fix the issues with the cartoon drawing and did not charge me the up charge they were pushing for before. They did improve the drawing within a limited capacity and and I’m still waiting on the order to arrive. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my order yet. We will see what happens.

I ordered a gift for my daughter‘s birthday from them. When they sent me the drawing to proof, the drawing looked nothing like me and barely liked my daughter. I asked for some changes to be made that were requested that were the original message I submitted with my order to begin with. I got a message back from customer service where they basically wanted me to pay more to fix it. It’s like they never even looked at my order request to begin with. After exchanging emails back-and-forth with customer service there’s absolutely no response coming from them.I am very unhappy with this company. I will only use ETSY for this again. Also they DID NOT offer a refund.

They are quick to pick up ideas.
Quickly adapt to the customer's wishes.
And in general I think they use quite modern solutions.

This artist did a great job ! The service and response are really good and quik.

amazing service from the artists at lulucartoons! 😍 all of my requests were easily accommodated and it ended up being the best Xmas present ever! 😍
Would advise to put as much detail as possible into the description so it comes out with everything that you’re wanting 😋

Such a good picture! Added every detail I asked for. Definitely worth the price.

They took a picture of us and made it awesome. We picked bobs burger for our cartoon and it came out awesome and looked like us.

I absolutely love mine and my boyfriends portrait! I had it commissioned for our first anniversary and the artist did an incredible job :) When I cheekily asked if they could change a couple of small details, they were more than happy to take care of it for me and I received the updated portrait super quickly :) awesome job!

Exactly what I wanted, it was the perfect gift!

I really like my present thank you so much LuluCartoons!

Loved the portrait! Attention to details was great!

I've been in a long distance relationship for the last year with my girlfriend who I met on Discord. One of the ways that we bond is through watching anime shows together. She always loved Sailor Moon so I knew that I had to get one for her for our 1 year anniversary from Lulucartoons and it turned out to be really legit.

The Lulucartoons team was kind and easy to work with. I was concerned that they were a scam at first because you never know with companies that advertise on Instagram. But the process was really simple - I just submitted my photos through their website, and they had a draft ready for me to approve in 6 days.

I had a few minor changes that I wanted to make but they were able to fix those and get them back to me really quickly. The quality of the portraits is just as good as those on the Instagram so I was pleasantly surprised by that.

They even offered printing options for me which made it easier because I hate going to the print shop and getting things printed, it's such a hassle!

So I needed a refund and But quickly realized that wasn’t going to go smoothly BUT with time customer service got back to me and truly tried to understand and ultimately helped me resolve my issue!. Make sure you read everything on the screen that pops up at you! But other the. That great brand and great recovery!.

The picture came out amazing and the process was so easy and quick! I was a little skeptical at first because sites like these tend to be a scam but LuluCartoons is real and the team is amazing! Made for a great anniversary gift

Really good drawing, exactly as I wanted it, I recommend it !

The best! I love the portrait and it came really fast. They have the best custome servise and if you have anything to ask just ask they answer very fast too❤️

I really like my personalize portait. Artists are great and the characters are really similar to people in the photo that I sent. And the shipping was really quick.

Everything was perfect. It was even done before the expected date. They are so pleasant and they made sure I was happy with every detail of the drawing. 10/10 would recommend.

Ils font un travail incroyable et sont disponibles pour tout échange. Ils sont très actifs et essayent de rendre le travail comme on le souhaite. J’ai pu modifier plusieurs fois mon tableau et ils étaient au top.

Great service! I absolutely loved how everything had turned out and the staff was great at responding to emails when I had questions. They were very nice and understanding when I had questions and such!

My portrait came out great, included me, my fiancé and our puppy, so cute and funny, hanging up in our bedroom now!
