LuluCartoons Custom Art Recenzje

I brought my papa an portrait for his Christmas present and it has me and my sister his two only grandkids and him in it. He was super happy with his Christmas present

Not only were they receptive to any concerns or questions I had, but they were adaptable AND completed the artwork in less than time than advertised. This was a gift for my partner and she was floored. Big win!

If I could give zero stars i would. despite my detailed description and forking over $107 dollars for a digital and physical print, they STILL drew everything wrong and it didn’t even look good. They originally answered quickly and did not offer a refund until i became annoying about it. They wanted to revise the drawing for extra cash lol. found out they only refunded me $26 out of the $107 and then STOPPED ANSWERING. i’ve tried to contact them several times since then and even messaged them on instagram to which they read and IGNORED IT. literally the worst company i’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE BEFORE THEY SCREW UP YOURS TOO and give you the biggest headache. Their “customer satisfaction means the world to us” statement can’t be farther from the truth. What a load of performative crap.

OMG WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR PORTRAIT! We wanted a family portrait to put in our new house but normal ones are so boring...the artists did a Wonderful job making us look like the characters! We went with the Attack on Titans and they actually look just like us! And the team was so great and nice about a couple of changes I wanted, I really do want you to absolutely love it. I'm so happy and it is totally worth the price!!

The team here is SOOO beyond great! So far I’ve used them twice (as our family grows we must keep our portrait updated) and will continue to use them! They are so fast at getting the portrait back and making any changes to make sure it’s perfect. I’m so in love with our latest portrait (it’s very different from the first but so detailed and fun). I seriously can’t say enough great things!

they are extremely professional! they respond pretty fast through email and dm. their work is breathtaking and the photos/videos doesn’t do it’s justice. it’s so unreal and i’m so glad i ordered from them. this is my very first time reaching out to an instagram page to make a order. i do not regret it 💗

very love with the result it's more than what i expected the details color and everything is so good

My wife loves our family cartoon! I was really surprised at how high quality the art came out. They captured us perfectly and the detail isn’t blocky at all. The prints were quality too. The canvas and flag are our favorites.

Overall an easy process and we’ll be back as our baby girl gets older.

Portrait came out perfect! I was unsure of what I wanted my character to wear but they chose it perfectly. Exactly what I would have wanted if I could think of it! Email delivery was fast. Quick turnaround, less than a day! Will be ordering again from them!

I received a birthday gift that was made here. A JJK take on a group of my friends. It’s absolutely amazing, the quality is so good and everyone looks great. I recommend them! I love it!

I have ordered twice and Iv been so pleased with there work and how they work great with your needs. Super fast and friendly!

Amazing how my drawing turned out. It was really quick and looked quite like the punctures I sent. They were really relaxed and helpful when I had a few changes made.
I found the feedback really quick and they were real patient with me. So I really would recommend Lulu Cartoons to anyone who is looking for an original personalised gift!

The results that came out of giving a detailed description were amazing! I was sooo happy with how it came out. And I also received the finished product so much sooner than I thought I would. Hands down best gift I’ve ever gotten someone. My boyfriend absolutely loved it too.

“Ooooohhhhhh my freaking goooooooodneeeessss I love it. The artist is amazing, wowowow!!!!”
That was my response to them through email when they sent me my digital order and I first gazed at the art. I must say they are very professional and really do care about their experience they provide customers. Planning this year to at least get portraits for my nephews when their bdays come up.

In love with the art work that was created using the photos I sent in. Was very excited upon receiving the email, was beyond what I expected. Props to the amazing artists. I returned after a couple days and ordered my canvass print as well. Can’t wait to receive and hang. ❤️ Overall so worth to order , their communicative every step of the way. Will be ordering more in the near future.

I loved the communication I got from LuluCartoons. I felt like my request had a lot of details and they added all of it to the artwork.

You guys are the best(:

I love my anime portrait from LuluCartoons! Their customer service is quick and so respectful, and the artwork is amazing. I loved the first version of my artwork, but I wanted a small change. I asked customer service and they got back to me right away and the artist added the new change and got the artwork back to me within a day. Super great service and artwork!

Had the best experience, communication was amazing, if I wanted something fix they were more than happy to help.. would recommend them to anyone looking for a gift.. my boyfriend loved his Portrait.

Ordered a custom portrait of me and my boyfriend for Valentines day. They were very helpful with revisions and were able to follow exactly what I had wanted to be done- down to every little detail in the facial expressions and specific skin tones! There were also impressively quick turn around times for every revision and email I sent. A friend of mine did something similar from Etsy this year, but did not receive the revisions she requested, had poor customer service, and had much longer turnaround times. Will definitely be ordering from LuluCartoons again!
