First and foremost, we find it surprising that you have posted a duplicate review using your wife’s account, given that she has never been a client of our firm. Such practices create a misleading perception and can be deceptive to third parties, which we believe is neither appropriate nor representative of a fair and objective review.

Regarding your claim that you had to correct our submissions, we find it particularly noteworthy that this issue is being raised for the first time in a public review rather than through the proper channels. At no point during our professional relationship was this concern ever communicated to us. All documents prepared by our firm undergo rigorous technical review and are carefully examined before submission, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and quality.

Additionally, it is important to clarify that the drafts we sometimes share with clients are precisely that—working drafts, not the final versions submitted to the relevant authorities or courts. As is standard practice in any high-level legal firm, drafts may contain minor typographical errors or adjustments that are subsequently refined before the final submission. This is part of the natural drafting and review process and in no way implies an error in the final document, which is always meticulously checked to ensure its perfection.

Regarding deadlines and your assertion that we failed to meet a specific timeframe, we must emphasize that the feasibility of a judicial review is not solely dependent on a deadline but rather on various legal and procedural factors. Our firm has acted diligently and in full compliance with all applicable procedural deadlines. Your interpretation of timing does not reflect the legal realities of the matter nor the careful approach we have taken throughout.

With regard to your attempts to contact us, we would like to clarify that our team has responded within the usual timeframes and with the professionalism that defines us. While response times may be slightly longer during holiday periods, there is no evidence that your inquiries were ignored. Moreover, it is important to note that the official channel of communication is our corporate email, not WhatsApp messages or unscheduled phone calls, which do not ensure the traceability and legal security required for matters of this nature.

While we regret that your perception of our service did not meet your expectations, we must reaffirm that Lullius Partners operates at the highest level of professionalism, technical excellence, and diligence. As such, we cannot allow a review that does not accurately reflect the quality of service provided to remain unaddressed.
